波士顿教师驻校模式:美国教师教育发展的新趋向

【摘要】:波士顿教师驻校模式是在波士顿学区学生多样化和教师结构性短缺、教师来源单一化的供需矛盾中产生的。该模式是在波士顿学区教育督导佩赞特的倡导下,由波士顿卓越计划负责实施,波士顿公立学校系统和麻省大学波士顿分校提供支持。模式的运行主要包括评估波士顿学区的教师需求,招聘和面试驻校生,驻校学习,驻校生毕业并进入公立学校,对驻校教师进行职后支持等步骤。波士顿教师驻校模式经过十多年的运行,形成了自身的特色:以需求为导向培养教师,精准满足学区的师资需要;以系统的教学指导为抓手,持续推动教师的专业发展;以临床学习为培养方式,有效提升教师的知能水平。
[Abstract]:The model of Boston teacher residence is the result of the contradiction between the diversity of students, the shortage of teachers and the supply and demand of teachers. The model was initiated by Boston School District Education Supervisor Paizant and implemented by the Boston Excellence Program with the support of the Boston Public School system and the University of Massachusetts Boston. The operation of the model mainly includes evaluating the teacher needs of Boston school district, recruiting and interviewing resident students, studying in school, graduating students and entering public schools, and providing post-service support to resident teachers. After more than ten years' operation, Boston's teacher residence mode has formed its own characteristics: to train teachers in a demand-oriented way to meet the teachers' needs of the school district accurately, to take systematic teaching guidance as a grasp, and to continuously promote teachers' professional development. Take clinical study as the training way, raise the teacher's level of knowledge and ability effectively.
