南疆大学生理想信念教育存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：理想信念是一个国家和民族的灵魂,支撑着我们为了实现全面建成小康社会和中华民族的伟大复兴努力奋斗。大学生是国家的希望和民族的未来,培养和确立大学生的理想信念是思想政治教育的核心。但随着社会主义市场经济的深入发展和全球化浪潮的不断推进,利益最大化和多元文化思潮对大学生的理想信念教育产生强烈的冲击和挑战。大学生正值世界观、人生观、价值观的定型期,面对这些利益诱惑和社会思潮部分大学生丧失了理智的分析和判断,享乐主义、奢靡主义、拜金主义之风的盛行,使部分大学生失去了正确的目标和方向,出现理想信念模糊、政治信仰淡薄等问题。习近平总书记曾指出:“身之主宰便是心”;“不能胜寸心,安能胜苍穹”。“本”在人心,内心净化、志向高远便力量无穷。对于一个国家和政党来说,理想信念动摇是最危险的动摇,理想信念滑坡是最危险的滑坡。大学生作为建设中国特色社会主义现代化的栋梁之才,党和国家宝贵的人力资源,必须加强大学生的理想信念教育,用马克思主义理论充实他们的头脑,通过社会实践活动巩固这些理论并转化为自身的意识,进而转变为坚定的信念。南疆地理位置特殊,民族众多,宗教氛围浓厚,近几年又正处于“三期叠加”时期,“三股势力”的猖獗,国外敌对势力煽动和组织民族分裂活动,对涉世不深的南疆大学生造成极大的冲击和影响,意识形态领域的工作显得尤为复杂。高校作为意识形态领域的重要场所,应抵制任何领域的不良甚至错误倾向向高校渗透,保证南疆大学生有坚定的马克思主义信念、中国特色社会主义共同理想和维护祖国统一、民族团结的信念及为国家和南疆奉献的理想,为国家、本民族和本地区做出更大的贡献。基于上述情况,本文的论述共分为四部分内容。第一部分即引言,主要对本文的选题依据及意义进行阐述,同时对本命题的国内外研究现状分层次梳理。第二部分即第一章,以南疆的特殊民族环境和严峻形势为背景阐述南疆大学生理想信念教育的重要性和特殊性,突出南疆大学生理想信念教育的重要意义;第三部分即第二章,通过问卷调查,对南疆高校大学生理想信念及理想信念教育的情况进行全面和深入的分析,基于调查结果,归纳南疆大学生理想信念的现状和理想信念教育存在的主要问题,并对这些具体问题进行原因分析;第四部分即第三章,基于南疆大学生理想信念和理想信念教育存在的问题探索相应的解决对策,以期南疆大学生在正确理想信念的精神引领下成长成才。
[Abstract]:Ideals and beliefs are the soul of a country and a nation, supporting our efforts to achieve a well-off society in an all-round way and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. College students are the hope of the country and the future of the nation. Cultivating and establishing the ideals and beliefs of college students is the core of ideological and political education. However, with the further development of socialist market economy and the development of globalization, the maximization of interests and the multicultural trend of thought have a strong impact and challenge on the education of college students' ideals and beliefs. College students are in the formative period of world outlook, outlook on life, and values. In the face of these interests and social trends, some college students have lost their rational analysis and judgment. Hedonism, extravagance, and money worship prevail. Some college students lose the correct goal and direction, appear the problems of vague ideals and beliefs, weak political beliefs and so on. Xi Jinping once said: "the master of the body is the heart." "this" in the heart, heart purification, ambition far away power. For a country and a political party, the vacillation of ideals and beliefs is the most dangerous, and the landslide of ideals and beliefs is the most dangerous one. College students, as the pillars of building socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics, and the valuable human resources of the Party and the state, must strengthen the education of their ideals and beliefs and enrich their minds with Marxist theory. Through social practice, these theories are consolidated and transformed into their own consciousness, and then transformed into firm beliefs. Southern Xinjiang has a special geographical location, a large ethnic group and a strong religious atmosphere. In recent years, it is also in the period of "three phases superposition", the "three forces" are rampant, and foreign hostile forces incite and organize ethnic splittist activities. It causes great impact and influence to the university students in southern Xinjiang, and the work in ideology field is especially complicated. As an important place in the field of ideology, colleges and universities should resist the infiltration of undesirable or even erroneous tendencies in any field, ensure that students in southern Xinjiang have firm Marxist beliefs, common ideals of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and safeguard the reunification of the motherland. The belief of national unity and the ideals of dedication to the country and South Xinjiang, and making greater contributions to the country, the nation and the region. Based on the above situation, this paper is divided into four parts. The first part, the introduction, mainly expounds the basis and significance of this topic, and combs the domestic and foreign research status of this proposition at the same time. The second part, the first chapter, expounds the importance and particularity of the college students' ideal and belief education in South Xinjiang against the background of the special national environment and austere situation of the southern Xinjiang, and highlights the important significance of the ideal and belief education of the college students in the southern Xinjiang. The third part, the second chapter, through the questionnaire investigation, carries on the comprehensive and thorough analysis to the south Xinjiang university student ideal belief and the ideal belief education situation, based on the investigation result, The present situation of college students' ideals and beliefs and the main problems in the education of ideals and beliefs are summarized, and the causes of these problems are analyzed. The fourth part is the third chapter, based on the problems in the education of ideals and beliefs of college students in South Xinjiang, this paper explores the corresponding solutions, hoping that the students in South Xinjiang will grow into talents under the guidance of the spirit of correct ideals and beliefs.
