思想政治教育视域下大学生海洋意识培育的现实意义及策略

【摘要】：随着海洋强国和21世纪海上丝绸之路构想的推进,将海洋意识培育作为大学生思想政治教育中的一项新内容具有非常重大的现实意义。大学生海洋意识的培育提升是实现海洋强国的强大推动力与文化软实力,客观的国际国内形势共同指向培育大学生海洋意识已刻不容缓。海洋意识培育必须从高校抓起,高校是培育海洋意识的主阵地。当前做好海洋意识培育应充分发挥思政课教师在培育大学生海洋意识上的关键性作用;倾力打造高校海洋文化硬件设施以营造良好的显性海洋文化;精心谋划高校海洋文化软件设施以创建积极的隐性海洋文化;树立学习海洋、关心海洋的典型以培育大学生了解海洋的主人翁精神。
[Abstract]:With the development of the marine power and the conception of the maritime Silk Road in the 21st century, it is of great practical significance to cultivate the marine consciousness as a new content in the ideological and political education of college students. The cultivation and promotion of college students' marine consciousness is the powerful driving force and the cultural soft power to realize the marine power. It is urgent that the objective international and domestic situation point to the cultivation of college students' marine consciousness. The cultivation of marine consciousness must be started from colleges and universities, which are the main position of cultivating marine consciousness. At present, it is necessary to give full play to the key role of ideological and political teachers in cultivating college students' marine consciousness, to build the hardware facilities of marine culture in colleges and universities in order to create a good dominant marine culture. The software facilities of marine culture in colleges and universities should be carefully planned in order to create active and recessive marine culture, to establish the model of learning the ocean and to care about the ocean so as to cultivate the master spirit of the college students to understand the ocean.
