个人主义思潮对大学生价值观的影响及对策研究

【摘要】：伴随着市场经济的发展和改革的深化,当代大学生的思想道德观念体系,直接或间接的受到了个人主义思潮的影响,面对这种情况,我们应当正确的看待。当代大学生价值观有其自身的特点,既是复杂的又是多元的,首先要明确个人主义思潮的影响既有消极的一面,也有积极的一面。深入研究这一问题,对于帮助大学生们树立正确的价值观念,从而指导自身的生活和学习,具有深远的意义。个人主义思潮的特点是把个人主义当成思想行为准则,这一思想理念在社会中得到广泛传播,大多数人奉之为行为规范和价值判断标准,对个人行为乃至社会生活具有重要影响。当代大学生处于在思想不统一,不坚定的时期,极其容易受到个人主义思潮的影响,主要表现在:一是个人主义思潮宣扬个人本位思想,这会产生一定的恶劣影响,比如大学生们没有集体主义观念;二是在个人主义思潮的影响下不想吃苦,导致拜金主义的滋生;三是个人主义思潮过度关注个人利益,造成大学生思想观念的功利化。进而剖析这些影响发生的起因,主要是因为高校生的环境和本身因素所造成的的,其周围环境包含社会大环境的负面影响、学校教育环境的欠缺和家庭环境的不良熏陶;而自身方面的因素主要包括大学生对社会经验辨别不足和薄弱的自我控制意识。所以,深入剖析个人主义思潮的表现及影响,探究其对当代大学生价值观的形成及发展带来的影响,并且针对探究结果提出切实的对策刻不容缓。首先,崇尚并践行社会主义核心价值观,可以培养大学生坚定的理想信念;其次,将社会主义核心价值观融入大学生思想政治教育,能够营建良好的校园环境;最后,踊跃参加社会实践,可以使大学生真正抵抗个人思潮的腐蚀。与此同时,还应该从以下几点着手来应对个人主义思潮的影响,第一,切实加强集体主义教育,着力培养大学生社会责任感和主人翁意识;第二,倡导积极向上的人生价值观,设定崇高的人生目标;第三,全面提升大学生自身素养,增强其抵制个人主义思潮侵扰的能力。在全球化和信息化急速发展的时代,个人主义思潮历经多年的传播,对大学生价值观产生了不可否认的深远影响。因此,在大学生价值观体系构建的过程中,倡导大学生时刻保持积极向上的精神品质,把社会主义核心价值观放在第一位,是新时期各大高校在开展各方面的教育任务时不应忽视的内容,也是建设社会主义文化强国,提升文化软实力,促进社会和谐的重要途径。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy and the deepening of reform, the ideological and moral system of contemporary college students is directly or indirectly influenced by individualism. The values of contemporary college students have their own characteristics, which are both complex and pluralistic. First of all, it is necessary to make clear that the influence of individualism has both negative and positive aspects. Further study on this problem is of great significance to help college students to set up correct values and guide their own life and study. Individualism is characterized by the idea of individualism as the code of thought and conduct, which is widely disseminated in society and is regarded by most people as the standard of conduct and the criterion of value judgment. It has an important influence on individual behavior and even social life. Contemporary college students are in the period of disunity and unsteadfastness of thought, and they are extremely vulnerable to the influence of individualism, which is mainly manifested in the following aspects: first, individualism propagates individualism, which will have a certain adverse effect. For example, college students do not have collectivism; Second, under the influence of individualism, we do not want to suffer hardship, which leads to the breeding of money worship; third, individualism pays too much attention to personal interests, resulting in the utilitarianism of college students' ideas. And then analyze the causes of these influences, mainly because of the college students' environment and their own factors, its surrounding environment includes the negative impact of the social environment, the lack of school education environment and the bad influence of the family environment; The main factors of self-control include college students' insufficient discrimination of social experience and weak self-control consciousness. Therefore, it is urgent to analyze the expression and influence of individualism trend of thought, to explore its influence on the formation and development of contemporary college students' values, and to put forward practical countermeasures against the results of the inquiry. Firstly, advocating and practicing the socialist core values can cultivate the students' firm ideals and beliefs; secondly, integrating the socialist core values into the ideological and political education of college students can build a good campus environment. Finally, participating actively in social practice can make college students resist the corrosion of personal thoughts. At the same time, we should deal with the influence of individualism from the following aspects: first, we should strengthen collectivism education and cultivate college students' sense of social responsibility and ownership. Second, advocate the positive life values, set the lofty life goal; third, improve the college students' own accomplishment, strengthen their ability to resist the individualism trend of thought. In the era of rapid development of globalization and information, the trend of individualism has had a profound and undeniable impact on the values of college students after years of spreading. Therefore, in the process of constructing the value system of college students, we advocate that college students should always maintain positive spiritual qualities and put the core values of socialism first. Colleges and universities in the new era should not ignore the contents of carrying out various aspects of education tasks, but also is an important way to build a socialist cultural power, enhance cultural soft power, and promote social harmony.
