市场经济背景下大学生社会责任感培养研究

【摘要】:大学生是推进我国社会主义事业发展的生力军,是高端人才队伍的储备军,大学生社会责任感的强弱关系着我国社会主义现代化的进程。处在从高校向社会转变过渡时期的大学生,自身是否具备较强的社会责任感是其能否融入社会、创造社会价值的关键。市场经济不断丰富着社会物质财富,其影响力也已渗透到大学生成长的方方面面,改变着他们的社会价值观,如何将繁荣的市场经济与大学生社会责任感培养结合,如何克服市场经济弊端对大学生思想观念的冲击是思想政治教育亟待解决的重要课题。大学阶段的学生身心发展已经相对成熟,大多已具备独立的判断能力,能够表现出参与社会活动的高度热情,但还有一部分学生社会主人翁意识不强,他们关心个人前途多些,无法把人生目标与国家繁荣、社会发展及人类进步紧密相连,这对我国社会主义现代化建设是非常不利的。因此,在市场经济背景下对大学生进行社会责任感培养十分必要和紧迫。主要包括四个部分:第一部分是绪论,主要阐述了研究背景和意义、国内外研究综述,概括了研究方向、特点,对研究思路和研究方法做了陈述,提出了研究重点、难点及可能创新点。第二部分是市场经济背景下大学生社会责任感培养的概念和依据。首先,对核心概念进行界定,明确了市场经济和社会责任感的内涵、特征,概括了大学生社会责任感包括的主要内容。其次,总结了市场经济下大学生社会责任感培养的理论依据;最后论述了市场经济背景下大学生社会责任感培养的现实依据,一分为二地指出了机遇与挑战,为后两章的研究打下扎实的基础。第三部分市场经济背景下大学生社会责任感的积极表现、问题及原因分析,首先从大学生社会责任感的表现入手,既肯定了其健康向上的主流,又指出其淡化的现实表现,逐步分析出大学生社会责任感淡化的原因,为最后一部分大学生社会责任感培养对策研究提供理论依据。第四部分市场经济背景下大学生社会责任感培养的路径思考,这一部分通过整合大学生社会责任意识培养的资源,从优化育人环境、改善高校教育、注重家庭教育、积极引导大学生自我教育等方面拓展大学生社会责任感培养的路径。
[Abstract]:College students are the new force to promote the development of our socialist cause and the reserve army of the high-end talents. The strength of college students' sense of social responsibility is related to the process of socialist modernization of our country. College students in the transition period from university to society, whether they have a strong sense of social responsibility is the key to their integration into society and create social value. The market economy is constantly enriching the social material wealth, and its influence has permeated every aspect of college students' growth, changing their social values, how to combine the prosperous market economy with the cultivation of college students' sense of social responsibility. How to overcome the impact of the malpractice of market economy on college students' ideology is an important subject to be solved urgently in ideological and political education. College students are relatively mature in their physical and mental development. Most of them have the ability to judge independently and are able to show a high degree of enthusiasm for participating in social activities. However, some students have a weak sense of social ownership, and they care more about their personal future. The goal of life cannot be closely linked with national prosperity, social development and human progress, which is very disadvantageous to the socialist modernization of our country. Therefore, under the background of market economy, it is necessary and urgent to cultivate college students' sense of social responsibility. It mainly includes four parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly elaborated the research background and the significance, the domestic and foreign research summary, summarized the research direction, the characteristic, has made the statement to the research thought and the research method, proposed the research focal point, Difficulties and possible innovations. The second part is the concept and basis of cultivating college students' sense of social responsibility under the background of market economy. Firstly, it defines the core concept, clarifies the connotation and characteristics of market economy and social responsibility, and summarizes the main contents of college students' social responsibility. Secondly, it summarizes the theoretical basis for the cultivation of college students' sense of social responsibility under the market economy. Finally, this paper discusses the realistic basis for the cultivation of college students' sense of social responsibility under the background of market economy, points out the opportunities and challenges in two parts, and lays a solid foundation for the research of the latter two chapters. The third part analyzes the positive performance, problems and reasons of college students' social responsibility under the background of market economy. Firstly, it starts with the performance of college students' sense of social responsibility, which not only affirms its healthy and upward mainstream, but also points out its downplaying reality. This paper analyzes the causes of the desalination of college students' social responsibility, and provides the theoretical basis for the last part of the research on the countermeasures of cultivating college students' social responsibility. The fourth part is about the path of cultivating college students' sense of social responsibility under the background of market economy. In this part, by integrating the resources of college students' awareness of social responsibility, we can optimize the educational environment, improve the education in colleges and universities, and pay attention to family education. To actively guide college students' self-education and expand the path of cultivating college students' sense of social responsibility.
