九江职业大学兼职教师管理的问题及对策研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,我国经济呈现出迅猛增长的态势,直接导致社会需要更多的高职技能型人才,而培养高技能人才的主要途径是开展职业教育,为发展职业教育国家近些年投入大量的人力、物力、财力,虽然高职院校学生人数增多,但教师却没有相配套的增加,这也逐步发展成为一个急需解决的现实性问题。为此,我国的部分高等职业院校将其自身所拥有的办学条件与专业发展需求作为切入点,下大力气基于多种不同的渠道招聘兼职教师以作为专职教师的有力补充,为了拥有比较合理的高职院校师资队伍,需要对兼职教师进行一定的管理并让兼职教师参加教学改革,以确保兼职教师能够成为高职院校师资队伍当中的一支十分重要的力量。本文立足于相关的针对兼职教师队伍建设的政策研究基础上,实地在笔者所在的九江职业大学充分调研管理兼职教师,针对存在的问题提出对策建议,期望能够为九江职业大学兼职教师队伍的聘任、教学管理以及考核激励等管理制度的优化完善提供具有可操作性的实践参考。通过对九江职业大学这一个案的研究调查,找出现阶段我国高职院校兼职教师队伍建设所面临的问题,随后更为深入的探析造成这些问题的原因,最后根据导致这些问题的原因针对性的提出解决这些问题的思路,期望能够为九江职业大学兼职教师队伍的聘任、教学管理以及考核激励等管理制度的优化完善提供具有可操作性的实践参考。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the economy of our country has been increasing rapidly, which directly leads to the need of more skilled talents in higher vocational education, and the main way to train high-skilled talents is to carry out vocational education. In order to develop vocational education, the country has invested a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources in recent years, although the number of students in higher vocational colleges has increased, but the teachers have not matched the increase, which has gradually developed into a practical problem that needs to be solved. For this reason, some higher vocational colleges in our country take their own running conditions and professional development needs as the starting point, and make great efforts to recruit part-time teachers as full time teachers on the basis of many different channels. In order to have more reasonable teachers in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to manage part-time teachers and let part-time teachers participate in teaching reform, so as to ensure that part-time teachers can become a very important force among teachers in higher vocational colleges. Based on the relevant policy research on the construction of part-time teachers, this paper makes a full investigation and management of part-time teachers in Jiujiang Vocational University where the author is, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems. It is expected to provide practical reference for the optimization and perfection of the management system such as the appointment of part-time teachers, teaching management and examination and encouragement in Jiujiang Vocational University. Through a case study of Jiujiang Vocational University, this paper finds out the problems in the construction of part-time teachers in vocational colleges and universities in China, and then analyzes the causes of these problems more deeply. Finally, according to the reasons leading to these problems, the author puts forward some ideas to solve these problems, and expects to be able to recruit part-time teachers for Jiujiang Vocational University. The optimization and perfection of management system such as teaching management and examination and encouragement provide practical reference.
