伙伴合作—英国职前教师教育实践模式研究
[Abstract]:Pre-service teacher education is an important link in the training of new teachers and an important guarantee for improving the quality of basic education. Since the 1990s, the western countries, represented by Britain, have begun to reform the mode of teacher education. Actively explore the practical mode of pre-service teachers' education, which is characterized by partnership between universities and primary and middle schools. This will play an important role in changing the malpractice of separating teacher education theory from practice under the university-oriented mode and improving the teaching practice ability of new teachers. In contrast, although there has been a preliminary exploration of partner cooperation between Chinese universities and primary and secondary schools in practice, on the whole, there is still a lack of institutional design, and the phenomenon of teachers' colleges and universities being isolated from primary and secondary schools is relatively serious. It is unfavorable to the improvement of the quality of basic education in our country. Therefore, this study takes the pre-service teacher education practice model which is characterized by partner cooperation as the research object, hoping to provide a reference for the reform of pre-service teacher education in China. This research is divided into five parts: the first part: introduction. This paper mainly introduces the origin of the research, domestic and foreign related research status and adopted research methods. The second part analyzes the motivation and theoretical basis of teacher education reform in Britain. Mainly from the quality of British school education, teacher training model, the central government policy drive and other aspects of partnership reform motivation; This paper analyzes the theoretical basis of partner cooperation from the perspectives of practical knowledge, teacher professional development and constructivism. Part III: analysis of the types, management and methods of pre-service teacher education partners in the UK. The types of partnership are described from the perspective of the main body and mode of partnership, and the management and operation of partnership are analyzed from macro and micro perspectives. Part IV: analysis of the impact and problems of pre-service teacher education partners in the UK. This paper analyzes the influence of partner cooperation on universities, primary and secondary schools and prospective teachers, and the problems existing in the development of partner cooperation. Part V: analysis of the development trend of pre-service teacher education partners in Britain. Analyze its development trend from the perspective of partners.
