基于能力本位的美国本科学生评估研究

【摘要】:受到多元利益相关者的影响,美国本科教育顺应社会机构与学生发展的需求,强调学生多方面综合素质的培养,在发展上突出能力本位。高等院校、研究机构以及专业评估机构对本科生的学习成果实施全面评估,在评估标准上注重知识、技能、价值观以及特质构成。在具体的方法上,采取直接与间接的评估方式,通过问卷调查、标准化测量以及等级评定的方法,揭示学生的实际发展状况。
[Abstract]:Influenced by multiple stakeholders, American undergraduate education conforms to the needs of social institutions and students' development, emphasizes the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality in many aspects, and emphasizes the ability standard in the development of undergraduate education. Institutions of higher learning, research institutions, and professional evaluation institutions conduct comprehensive assessments of undergraduate learning outcomes, focusing on knowledge, skills, values, and the composition of traits in the evaluation criteria. In terms of concrete methods, direct and indirect evaluation methods are adopted to reveal the actual development of students by means of questionnaire, standardized measurement and grade evaluation.
