高等教育供给侧结构性改革的逻辑、依据与路径

【摘要】：高等教育供给侧结构性改革是适应当前市场经济改革的现实需要,是解决当前高等教育资源浪费的重要手段。尊重高等教育自身规律,回归育人根本是高等教育供给侧结构性改革的基本逻辑。经济高速发展、粗放式投入、人才培养同质化和优质教育资源不足是高等教育供给侧结构性改革的现实依据。树立供给侧理念,坚持按需办学原则,采取转型调整策略,建立健全配套法规制度是高等教育的供给侧结构性改革的可行性路径。
[Abstract]:The supply-side structural reform of higher education meets the practical needs of the current market economy reform and is an important means to solve the waste of higher education resources. Respecting the law of higher education and returning to educating people is the basic logic of the structural reform on the supply side of higher education. The rapid development of economy, extensive investment, homogenization of talent training and shortage of high quality educational resources are the realistic basis for the supply-side structural reform of higher education. It is the feasible path for the supply-side structural reform of higher education to establish the supply-side concept, adhere to the principle of running schools according to demand, adopt the strategy of transformation and adjustment, and establish and perfect the supporting laws and regulations system.
