学科语境的大学学术组织结构研究

【摘要】：院系等学术组织及其相互联结形成了大学学术组织结构,它对发挥大学学术组织功能起到了关键性的作用。纵观我国大学学术组织结构的历史演变,学术组织结构从最初的“大学—学院—学系”“学校—学系—教研室”逐渐为“学校—学院—研究室/学科组”,其变革的外部牵引力远超过了内部驱动力,导致学术组织结构遵循着自上而下的变革路径。本文对全国143所本科院校的院系设置或教学科研机构设置查询与追踪,发现目前我国大学学术组织结构在纵向和横向设置上普遍存在问题。学科既是系统化和规范化知识的载体,又是大学学术组织活动的核心,成为了知识和大学学术组织之间的桥梁。基于传统知识论和社会知识论,从本然和应然的角度,提出学科高度分化又综合的发展逻辑。大学学术组织结构的构建理应顺应学科的发展逻辑,使学术组织结构纵向上提高学科相对独立性的同时,横向上也促进不同学科之间的融合。因此,遵循以组织管理幅度为前提,以学科发展为核心,以人的成长为本的理念和普遍原则,探究我国大学学术组织结构优化的路径。在纵向上实施“学院制”下的扁平化学术组织结构,提高学科相对独立性并深层次发展。作为扁平化学术组织结构的有效补充,横向构建“学科群”网状的柔性化学术组织结构,增强纵向学术组织的灵活性和容纳性,促进不同学科融合。基于此,提出了“学院制”下学术组织结构优化和“学科群”学术组织结构发展保障机制。
[Abstract]:Academic organizations, such as colleges and departments, and their interconnections form the structure of academic organizations of universities, which play a key role in giving play to the functions of academic organizations of universities. Throughout the historical evolution of the academic organizational structure of universities in China, the academic organizational structure has gradually changed from "University-College-Department", "School-Department-Teaching and Research Room" to "School-College-Research Room / subject Group". The external traction of its transformation far exceeds the internal driving force, resulting in the academic organization structure following the top-down path of change. This paper investigates and tracks the establishment of colleges and departments or teaching and scientific research institutions in 143 colleges and universities in China. It is found that the academic organization structure of universities in our country is a common problem in setting up the academic organization vertically and horizontally at present. Discipline is not only the carrier of systematization and standardization of knowledge, but also the core of university academic organization, which becomes the bridge between knowledge and university academic organization. Based on the traditional theory of knowledge and the theory of social knowledge, this paper puts forward the highly differentiated and comprehensive development logic of the subject from the angle of nature and ought to be. The construction of academic organization structure of universities should conform to the logic of discipline development, make academic organization structure improve the relative independence of disciplines vertically, and at the same time promote the integration of different disciplines horizontally. Therefore, following the concept and universal principle of taking the scope of organization and management as the premise, subject development as the core and human growth as the center, this paper probes into the path of optimizing the academic organization structure of universities in our country. Carry out the flat academic organization structure under the "college system" longitudinally, improve the relative independence of the subject and develop deeply. As an effective complement to the flattened academic organization structure, the flexible and flexible academic organization structure of "subject group" is constructed horizontally to enhance the flexibility and inclusiveness of the vertical academic organization, and to promote the integration of different disciplines. Based on this, the optimization of academic organizational structure and the guarantee mechanism for the development of academic organizational structure of "subject group" under the "college system" are put forward.
