综合性大学小学教育专业课程设置研究

【摘要】:随着我国教育事业的不断发展和教育质量的不断提高,基础教育越来越受到人们的重视。小学教育作为基础教育的基础,提高小学教师的专业素质自然成为了教师教育中一项重要的使命。小学教育专业(本科)自1998年南京晓庄学院首次设立发展至今不过十几年的时间,作为师范教育的一个新兴专业,整个专业建设尚处于探索、试验阶段。虽然已经取得了诸多的经验和显著的成绩,但是由于小学教育专业是在实践的探索中摸索着办学,缺乏成熟的办学模式和经验的指导,所以其在培养目标、培养模式、课程设置、教学评价等方面仍然存在着很多问题。课程建设作为专业建设的核心,为了适应基础教育课程改革的需要和教师教育的健康发展,完善小学教育专业(本科)课程的设置就显得尤为重要。本文选择讨论综合性大学中本科层次小学教育专业的课程设置问题。为深入调查综合性大学本科小学教育专业课程设置中存在的问题,本文运用问卷、访谈及文本分析相结合的方式,对本科小学教育专业课程设置的五个方面,即课程目标、课程内容、课程结构、教学方式及教师队伍建设进行调查。发现存在以下问题:课程目标不明确;课程结构比例不协调、课程排列没有遵循理论与实践反复交替的原则;在课程内容上知识偏重理论性没有密切联系实际,“儿童为本”教育理念不突出,学科综合性、融通性较差,没有发挥综合性大学的优势;课程教学方式单一,教学环境去情境化,课程的实施者——教师,脱离基础教育实际等一系列问题。为了改善这些问题,本文认为在目标上要突破培养目标的僵化,设置有小学教师教育特色的课程;在课程内容方面要调整课程内容,使课程内容科学化;在课程结构上要完善课程结构,优化课程组合;在师资和教学方式上要完善师资条件,加强保障机制。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of education and the improvement of educational quality in our country, people pay more and more attention to basic education. As the basis of basic education, improving the professional quality of primary school teachers has naturally become an important mission in teacher education. Since the first establishment and development of Nanjing Xiaozhuang University in 1998, the major of primary education (undergraduate) has only been developed for more than ten years. As a new major of normal education, the whole specialty construction is still in the exploratory and experimental stage. Although a lot of experience and remarkable achievements have been made, because the major of primary education is groping for running a school in the exploration of practice, it lacks the guidance of mature mode and experience of running a school, so it is in the training goal and training mode. There are still many problems in curriculum design, teaching evaluation and so on. As the core of specialty construction, in order to meet the needs of basic education curriculum reform and the healthy development of teacher education, it is particularly important to perfect the curriculum of primary education specialty (undergraduate). This paper chooses to discuss the curriculum of primary education at the undergraduate level in comprehensive universities. In order to investigate the problems existing in the curriculum design of undergraduate primary education specialty in comprehensive universities, this paper uses the combination of questionnaire, interview and text analysis to analyze the five aspects of the curriculum design of undergraduate primary education specialty, that is, the curriculum objectives. The curriculum content, curriculum structure, teaching methods and the construction of teachers are investigated. It is found that the following problems exist: the curriculum goal is not clear, the proportion of curriculum structure is not coordinated, and the curriculum arrangement does not follow the principle of repeated alternation between theory and practice. In the curriculum content, the knowledge emphasis on theory is not closely related to reality, the educational concept of "child-oriented" is not prominent, the subject is comprehensive, the integration is poor, and the advantages of comprehensive universities are not brought into play. The teaching mode of the course is single, the teaching environment is de-situated, the implementers of the curriculum-teachers, divorced from the reality of basic education and so on. In order to improve these problems, this paper holds that we should break through the rigidity of the training goal and set up the curriculum with the characteristics of primary school teacher education, adjust the curriculum content in the aspect of curriculum content, and make the curriculum content scientific. In the curriculum structure, we should perfect the curriculum structure and optimize the curriculum combination, and perfect the teachers' conditions and strengthen the guarantee mechanism in the teachers and teaching methods.
