当代我国高校教师学术激励机制的伦理审视

【摘要】：我国高校目前的学术激励机制并非合乎伦理的,缺乏对教师需求的分析,忽视个体的差异与成长性需求;形式固化单一,缺乏差异和弹性;激励方案设计重物质因素,忽略精神关注;措施刚性凸显,柔性缺失;学术评价体系未完全建立。并且在市场经济的驱动下,资源与人才的竞争日益激烈,尤其是在当前双一流建设过程中,新一轮的人才争夺已成为高校间竞争的主题,只有在管理上以人为本,重视教师的需要和利益,尊重人、关心人,创造和谐的学术氛围才能更好的留住人才,凝聚人才。正因为这样我国高校教师学术激励机制必须加快脚步走向伦理化,用伦理的眼光审视学术激励机制,对其合理性进行判别,既可以分析学术激励机制的价值取向和教师个人的价值取向如何有效的无缝对接,又可以探讨学术激励中的伦理关怀如何实施以满足教师的正当需求等。从而建立一整套符合伦理的、有利于培养教师学术忠诚的激励机制,是高校培养教师,促进学术创新的迫切需要,也是当前高校贯彻落实科学发展观的主要问题。本文从伦理学的角度对教师的学术激励机制进行审视,首先对我国高校教师学术激励机制价值取向进行历史梳理,在此基础上再对目前以利益为导向的学术激励机制进行伦理分析,最后结合分析结果从强化高校组织的责任伦理、培育学术研究天职观念、加强学术研究活动的伦理审查和对教师进行伦理关怀四个方面阐述健全学术激励机制的伦理途径。
[Abstract]:The current academic incentive mechanism in colleges and universities in our country is not ethical, lack of analysis of teachers' needs, neglecting individual differences and growth needs; single form curing, lack of differences and elasticity; incentive scheme design emphasizes material factors, neglects spiritual attention; measures rigidity highlights, flexibility lacks; academic evaluation system has not been fully established. Driven by the market economy, the competition between resources and talents is becoming increasingly fierce, especially in the current process of double first-class construction, the new round of talent competition has become the theme of competition among colleges and universities. Only in management people-oriented, pay attention to the needs and interests of teachers, respect people, care for people, create a harmonious academic atmosphere can better retain talents and gather talents. It is precisely because of this that the academic incentive mechanism of university teachers in our country must speed up their steps towards ethics, examine the academic incentive mechanism with ethical eyes and judge its rationality, which can not only analyze the value orientation of academic incentive mechanism and how to effectively connect the value orientation of teachers, but also explore how to implement ethical care in academic incentive to meet the legitimate needs of teachers, and so on. Thus, the establishment of a set of ethical incentive mechanism conducive to the cultivation of teachers' academic loyalty is an urgent need for colleges and universities to train teachers and promote academic innovation, and it is also the main problem for colleges and universities to implement the scientific concept of development. This paper examines the academic incentive mechanism of teachers from the perspective of ethics, first combs the value orientation of academic incentive mechanism of university teachers in our country, and then makes an ethical analysis of the current interest-oriented academic incentive mechanism. Finally, combined with the results of the analysis, we strengthen the responsibility ethics of university organizations and cultivate the concept of academic research talent. This paper expounds the ethical ways to perfect the academic incentive mechanism from four aspects: strengthening the ethical examination of academic research activities and carrying out ethical care for teachers.
