我国大学创新创业园区发展路径探析——基于美国的经验与启示

【摘要】：作为创新系统的一种表现形式,大学创新创业园区推动了创新生态系统内部大学与产业部门及其他社会组织之间的知识流动,成为一定区域内刺激技术外溢和经济增长的重要源泉。目前我国的大学创新创业园区在发展路径、治理结构和功能定位等方面还存在诸多不足。美国作为当今世界上高校创新创业园区发展最成熟的国家,其发展经验对我国高校创新创业园区的发展具有重要的指导与借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:As a form of innovation system, University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park promotes the knowledge flow between universities, industrial departments and other social organizations in the innovation ecosystem, and becomes an important source of stimulating technology spillover and economic growth in a certain region. At present, there are still many shortcomings in the development path, governance structure and functional orientation of university innovation and entrepreneurship parks in China. As the most mature country in the world, the development experience of the United States has important guidance and reference significance for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship parks in colleges and universities in China.
