现代教育技术在小学英语教学应用绩效研究

【摘要】: 现代教育技术应用于英语教学的最终目的是要提高教学效果和效率,而非像人们误认为的那样只要运用了教育技术,就一定能够促进教学。现代教育技术在英语教学应用效果不好,教学质量下降的原因是错综复杂,我们不应该仅寻求一种简单的因果关系,认为是教师、学生或教育技术单方面出了问题,相反,我们应该借鉴绩效技术中强调问题解决的系统这一特点解决:首先要从绩效差距入手,对教学的目前状态与所期望达到的状况之间的差距进行分析,然后从系统思维方式对产生这一差距的原因进行分析,综合考虑其他要素,对产生问题的原因进行系统的分析,我们才有可能找到寻找相应的解决问题的干预措施,根据实施的结果不断进行评价、修正,真正把绩效差距缩到最小,达到解决问题的目的。 本文力图基于文献调研、调查问卷、行动研究等研究方法,利用笔者所在学校现代教育技术与英语教学整合的经验和实践研究条件的优势,进行现代教育技术在小学英语教学应用的绩效研究,促进小学英语教育教学质量的提升。以绩效技术理论为基础,根据小学英语课程的特点,结合现代教育技术在小学英语应用的教学现状,对影响现代教育技术在课堂教学应用的绩效因素进行分析,提出干预措施。笔者与英语教师一起合作设计教学案例,经过一年的教学实践探索,通过学生学习成绩和调查问卷结果来评价教学绩效,结果表明利用绩效技术提高现代教育技术在英语教学应用,学生的学习成绩和学习态度明显提高。
[Abstract]:The ultimate goal of applying modern educational technology to English teaching is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of teaching, rather than to use educational technology, as people mistakenly think, The application of modern educational technology in English teaching is not good, and the reason for the decline in teaching quality is complicated. We should not just seek a simple causal relationship, that is, teachers. Students or educational technology have problems unilaterally, on the contrary, we should learn from the performance technology emphasis on problem-solving system to solve the problem: first of all, we should start with the performance gap. This paper analyzes the gap between the current state of teaching and the expected situation, and then analyzes the causes of the gap from the mode of systematic thinking, and synthetically considers other elements, and makes a systematic analysis of the causes of the problems. Only then can we find out the corresponding intervention measures to solve the problem, according to the implementation of the results of continuous evaluation, correction, truly reduce the performance gap to the minimum, to achieve the goal of solving the problem. Based on the research methods of literature investigation, questionnaire and action research, this paper tries to make use of the experience and practical research conditions of integrating modern educational technology and English teaching in my school. In order to promote the quality of English teaching in primary school, the performance study of the application of modern educational technology in primary English teaching is carried out. Based on the theory of performance technology, according to the characteristics of English curriculum in primary school, Combined with the present situation of the application of modern educational technology in English teaching in primary schools, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the performance of the application of modern educational technology in classroom teaching, and puts forward some intervention measures. After one year's teaching practice, the students' learning achievement and the results of the questionnaire are used to evaluate the teaching performance. The results show that the performance technology is used to improve the application of modern educational technology in English teaching. Students' academic achievement and attitude have improved significantly.
