【摘要】：正一、工程概况重大主教学楼工程位于重庆大学A区校园内,是一座集教学、科研、办公为一体的综合性公共建筑,是教育部国债投资项目的重点工程,是重庆大学现代教育的标志性建筑。总投资1.8亿元,占地面积12000m2,总建筑面积70032m2,容积率:2.16%,绿化率:38.5%。
[Abstract]:First, the major teaching building project of Chongqing University is a comprehensive public building with teaching, scientific research and office as an integral whole. It is the key project of the national debt investment project of the Ministry of Education. Chongqing University is the symbol of modern education. The total investment is 180 million yuan, covering an area of 12,000 m2, total building area 70032 m2, the volume ratio of: 2.16%, green rate of 38.5%.
