网络环境下教师学习平台研究与建设

【摘要】: 信息时代已经来临,知识更新加快,人们需要终身学习才能适应不断变化的社会。学习不仅是指学习前人经验的总结书本知识,更为重要的是学习方法和技能,学会学习的能力。随着教师教育理论与实践的不断发展,促进教师成长的方法和手段也在不断更新。信息技术高速发展,多媒体、网络开始走进社会生活的各个领域,并对教育产生了冲击性的影响。为了迎接挑战,教师应该转变学习观念,充分利用网络资源来提高自己的专业水平。 目前,中小学教师发展网络资源环境良荞不齐,本文对一些学习群体进行了问卷调查和访谈。在调查的基础上,结合现有的教师教育理论以及网络构建理论,利用当前的信息技术优势,尝试着去解决这些问题。 本文的主要内容及梗概如下: 第一章,阐述了本文的研究背景、研究意义、研究目标以及研究方法。 第二章,对相关研究文献进行综述,主要回顾了经典的学习理论发展以及发展过程中派生的理论,从而为后继章节提供依据。 第三章,通过文献研究,总结了现有的教师教育平台构建理论,为平台的构建提供理论支持。阐述了教师教育网络环境的类型和特征,并设计了调查表,选取样本,进行了调查,并作了分析。 第四章,通过现状调查与理论总结,设计与开发了学习平台。该平台一方面可以为学习者的学习提供支持与帮助,另一方面也整合了教师助学环节。 最后,笔者分析了本研究的局限性,也提出了未来的研究方向。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the information age and the quickening of knowledge renewal, people need lifelong learning to adapt to the changing society. Learning is not only the summing up of book knowledge, but also the learning methods and skills, and the ability to learn. With the continuous development of teacher education theory and practice, the methods and means to promote teacher growth are constantly updated. With the rapid development of information technology, multimedia and network come into various fields of social life, which have an impact on education. In order to meet the challenge, teachers should change their learning concept and make full use of network resources to improve their professional level. At present, teachers in primary and secondary schools develop network resources environment is not uniform, this paper conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews on some learning groups. On the basis of investigation, combined with the existing theories of teacher education and network construction, this paper tries to solve these problems by using the advantages of current information technology. The main contents and outlines of this paper are as follows: The first chapter describes the research background, research significance, research objectives and research methods. The second chapter reviews the relevant research literature, mainly reviews the development of classical learning theory and the theory derived from the development process, thus providing the basis for subsequent chapters. The third chapter, through literature research, summarizes the existing theory of teacher education platform construction, providing theoretical support for the platform construction. This paper expounds the types and characteristics of the network environment of teacher education, designs a questionnaire, selects samples, makes an investigation and makes an analysis. The fourth chapter, through the current situation investigation and the theory summary, has designed and developed the study platform. On the one hand, the platform can provide support and help for learners' learning, on the other hand, it also integrates teachers' learning assistance. Finally, the author analyzes the limitations of this study and puts forward the future research direction.
