张謇实业教育思想研究

【摘要】: 随着民族资本主义工商业的发展,近代中国实业教育应运而生。实业教育是中国近代职业教育产生的前奏和先导,实为职业教育之史。张謇是实业教育的开拓者,是中国近代职业教育的先行者和倡导者。张謇的实业教育思想体现了他作为中国近代职业教育先驱的远见卓识。他秉承“实业救国、教育救国”的理想和“父教育、母实业”的原则,“实业教育迭相为用”、“以实业辅助教育,以教育改良实业”的主张,为我国近代民族工业的兴起和教育事业的发展做出了宝贵贡献。通过对张謇的教育生涯和他的教育思想的研究,对于我们今后更好地推进社会主义现代化的文教事业可以提供许多有益的借鉴。 论文分析了张謇在实践过程中所体现的实业教育思想。探讨了张謇实业教育思想形成的原因。初步构建了系统化的张謇实业教育思想体系,主要是从张謇实业教育思想的重要性、目的、教学方法、教育原则、教师养成等方面进行构建。揭示了张謇的实业教育不仅促进了实业教育的现代化,而且推动了南通地区经济的现代化。最后论文探索了张謇实业教育思想对当今职业教育改革与发展的启示,启示主要有以下几点:要发展职业教育,必须转变职业教育思想,提高职业教育的地位,树立全新的职业教育观;同时,必须了解市场的需要,“善取法于各国参究之后”,注重理论与实践结合,提高教学质量,加强职业道德教育,培养德智体全面发展的学生。 本文以马克思辩证唯物主义与历史唯物主义为指导,采用文献法、比较法、历史法等研究方法,按照事物的内部逻辑,依次对所述内容进行分析、阐述。力图通过认真领会张謇实业教育思想的深刻内涵,追寻他在中国教育近代化历程中所留下的足迹,从而为新时期商人捐资办学的现状提供借鉴,为推动新时期职业教育的发展做出一些努力和贡献。
[Abstract]:With the development of national capitalism industry and commerce, modern Chinese industrial education came into being. Industrial education is the prelude and forerunner of modern vocational education in China, and it is the history of vocational education. Zhang Jian is the pioneer of industrial education and the pioneer and advocate of modern vocational education in China. Zhang Jian's thought of industrial education embodies his foresight as a pioneer of modern vocational education in China. He adheres to the ideal of "saving the country by industry and education" and the principle of "father's education, mother's industry", "the overlapping of industrial education for use", "using industry as a supplementary education, and improving industry through education". It has made valuable contribution to the rise of national industry and the development of education in modern China. Through the study of Zhang Jian's educational career and his educational thought, it can provide many useful references for us to better promote the socialist modernization of cultural and educational undertakings in the future. This paper analyzes the industrial education thought embodied in the practice of Zhang Jian. This paper probes into the reasons for the formation of Zhang Jian's industrial education thought. The systematic system of Zhang Jian industry education thought is constructed primarily from the aspects of importance, purpose, teaching method, educational principle and teacher cultivation of Zhang Jian industrial education thought. It reveals that the industrial education of Zhang Jian not only promotes the modernization of industrial education, but also promotes the modernization of Nantong region economy. Finally, the paper explores the enlightenment of Zhang Jian's industrial education to the reform and development of vocational education. The enlightenment is as follows: in order to develop vocational education, we must change the thought of vocational education and improve the status of vocational education. At the same time, it is necessary to understand the needs of the market, "to learn the method from other countries", to combine theory with practice, to improve teaching quality, to strengthen professional ethics education, and to train students with all-round development of morality, intelligence and physical education. Under the guidance of Marxist dialectical materialism and historical materialism, this paper uses the methods of literature, comparison and history to analyze and expound the contents in turn according to the internal logic of things. By earnestly understanding the profound connotation of Zhang Jian's industrial education thought and pursuing his footprints in the course of modernization of Chinese education, this paper tries to provide a reference for the present situation of businessmen donating funds to run schools in the new era. To promote the development of vocational education in the new era to make some efforts and contributions.
