我国经济增长过程中人力资本和教育作用机制的理论分析与经验研究

【摘要】: 我国经济增长率连年处于较高水平,自然让大家思考驱动中国经济增长的因素有哪些,什么因素占主导地位;中国各地区的经济增长差异来自哪里,对今后的经济增长有无影响。这也是本文着力考虑的问题。在对中外研究的相关文献进行系统梳理后,本文把人力资本作为主要驱动因素进行研究,而教育充当人力资本再生的必经之路也在本文研究之列。在进行理论分析和经验研究之后,本文阐述了二者对经济增长的作用机制。 在沿着人力资本经济增长理论前行的研究中,首先舒尔茨等确立了人力资本在经济增长驱动因素的地位,本文在其理论基础上对人力资本做定性分析;其次通过对我国面板数据的分析,可以清楚的看到人力资本积累的速度部分的决定了经济增长的速度,这也就解释了地区间收入差异的问题。此后从教育回报角度也证明了人力资本水平的不同导致地区收入的不同。在利用库恩-塔克定理进行一系列动态规划的推理之后,本文证明了人力资本的配置机制以及教育质量低发展陷阱问题。随着理论的发展,我们考虑在制度层面上对以上各点进行分析。 人力资本作为主客观共同作用的因素,教育作为不同于私立单位的公共事业,其对经济增长作用的研究过程复杂而有趣,本文在推导二者与经济增长的作用机制方面的研究将对我国的经济、教育政策等的制定提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:Since China's economic growth rate has been at a relatively high level for several years, it is natural for everyone to think about the factors that drive China's economic growth, and what factors are the dominant ones; where are the differences in economic growth between different regions of China come from? Will have an impact on future economic growth. This is also the focus of this paper. After systematically combing the relevant literature of Chinese and foreign research, this paper studies human capital as the main driving factor, and the only way for education to be the regeneration of human capital is also included in this study. After theoretical analysis and empirical study, this paper expounds the mechanism of their effects on economic growth. In the research along the economic growth theory of human capital, firstly, Schultz and others have established the position of human capital as the driving factor of economic growth. This paper makes a qualitative analysis of human capital on the basis of its theory. Secondly, through the analysis of panel data in China, we can clearly see that the speed of human capital accumulation determines the speed of economic growth, which explains the problem of income difference between regions. From the perspective of educational return, it also proves that different levels of human capital lead to different regional income. After a series of reasoning of dynamic programming by using Kuan-Tucker theorem, this paper proves the allocation mechanism of human capital and the problem of low development trap of educational quality. With the development of theory, we consider to analyze the above points at the institutional level. Human capital, as a common factor of subjective and objective action, and education, as a public enterprise different from private institutions, have a complex and interesting research process on the role of economic growth. In this paper, the study on the mechanism of the two and economic growth will provide a reference for the formulation of economic and educational policies in China.
