包容教育的认识与实践研究

【摘要】：主要研究内容:包容是人类的美德,是人类最为宝贵的精神财富,我们借助本课题的研究吸收"全民教育思想"、"进步主义教育思想"、"掌握学习理论"、"儒家教育思想"的精神营养,倾力打造"包容教育"的学校品牌。"包容教育"是对学校发展愿景的建构,也是学校文化的追求,它基于个体理解和文化认同,(?)在张扬人的尊严和完整性。营造一种人与人、人与自然和谐共生的学校文化,寻求每一位师生的最佳发展,培养全面发展、具有终身发展力、人格健全的一代新人,建设一所可持续发展、具有竞争力的学校。以教育者的包容精神来包容受教育者,让我们的下一代都能有一种意识,即包容的价值取向。"包容教育"就其内容来说主要包括自我包容、他人包容和环境包容。
