独生子女伤残死亡家庭的社会支持系统探究——一项基于湖北省的分析

【摘要】：独生子女伤残死亡家庭为计划生育事业做出了巨大贡献,而关于这一特殊群体的扶助机制才刚刚起步,仅仅停留在政策层面。独生子女伤残死亡家庭,近端支持和远端支持三者构成了一个三角的社会支持系统。在这个社会支持系统中,独生子女伤残死亡家庭、近端支持和远端支持三者要良性运行的话,就必须协调三者之间的关系,加强三者有效的沟通,使三者的构成系统关系由弱变强,由断裂阶段变成高度的衔接,加强近端支持和远端支持资源的互动和协助,使得有限的救助资源达到最大的效度。
[Abstract]:The single child disabled death family has made a great contribution to the family planning cause, but the support mechanism for this special group has just started, and only stays at the policy level. The proximal support and the remote support constitute a triangular social support system. In this social support system, the only child disabled and dead family, the near end support and the remote support should work well. Therefore, it is necessary to coordinate the relationship among the three, strengthen effective communication among the three, change the system relationship of the three from weak to strong, from the fault stage to a high degree of cohesion, and strengthen the interaction and assistance between the near end support and remote support resources. So that the limited relief resources to achieve the maximum validity.
