我国青少年社会化方式的特点与道德人格的形成

【摘要】：人的道德人格是在社会化的过程中形成的,不同的社会化方式形成有区别的道德人格。我国青少年的社会化方式有着家庭化、时间长、重养轻教等特点,青少年在社会化过程中也必然受到时代环境的影响,从而对青少年道德人格的形成产生了许多不良冲击。促进青少年优良道德人格的形成,需要优化家庭教育环境、学校教育环境、社会教育环境以及文化教育环境。
[Abstract]:People's moral personality is formed in the process of socialization, different ways of socialization form different moral personality.The way of socialization of teenagers in our country has the characteristics of family, long time, paying more attention to raising and neglecting education and so on. In the process of socialization, teenagers are bound to be influenced by the environment of the times, which has produced many adverse impacts on the formation of moral personality of teenagers.To promote the formation of good moral personality of teenagers, it is necessary to optimize family education environment, school education environment, social education environment and cultural education environment.
