陕西省基础教育专网运行策略研究

【摘要】：近年来,国家对教育信息化特别是基础教育信息化高度重视。文章在充分了解陕西省基础教育专网运行的现状和存在的问题的基础上,分析了影响专网运行因素,提出专网运行的策略:树立教育专网理念,扫清思想障碍;制定专网政策,规范专网运行制度;落实专网资源,夯实专网运行实体;加强专网组织管理,理顺专网运行职责;加强专网应用的培训;尊重版权,平衡利益,促进共建共享、互通共用;建立有效的激励、竞争、评价及反馈机制;积极拓展专网的应用范围。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the country attaches great importance to the informatization of education, especially the informatization of basic education.On the basis of fully understanding the current situation and existing problems of the operation of the special network of basic education in Shaanxi Province, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the operation of the network, and puts forward the strategies for the operation of the special network: setting up the idea of the special network of education, clearing up the ideological obstacles, formulating the policy of the special network,Standardizing the operation system of the private network; implementing the resources of the private network, ramming up the operating entities of the private network; strengthening the organization and management of the private network, rationalizing the operational responsibilities of the private network; strengthening the training of the application of the private network; respecting copyright, balancing the interests, promoting the common construction and sharing, and mutual sharing;Establish effective incentive, competition, evaluation and feedback mechanisms; actively expand the scope of application of the private network.
