大学生学校归属感的理论与实证研究

【摘要】：对学校归属感的概念、理论、结构、测量工具、影响因素及对学生的影响作用等相关研究进行了系统梳理与回顾。在以往研究的基础上确定了大学生学校归属感的理论结构，，并编制了量表；运用编制的量表考察了大学生学校归属感的人口学特征；分析了人格、家庭环境和学校环境对大学生学校归属感的影响效果，并考察了应对方式和一般自我效能感在这一影响过程中的中介作用；最后构建了大学生学校归属感的个体-家庭-学校生态系统模型。经过上述研究得出如下主要结论：（1）大学生学校归属感量表具有良好的信效度；（2）大学生学校归属感在某些人口学变量上存在显著差异；（3）人格、家庭环境和学校环境子系统对大学生学校归属感具有一定的影响效果；（4）应对方式和一般自我效能感在这一影响过程中起一定的中介作用。
[Abstract]:This paper systematically reviews the concept, theory, structure, measurement tools, influencing factors and effects on students of school sense of belonging. On the basis of previous studies, this paper determines the theoretical structure of college students' sense of belonging, and compiles the scale; applies the scale to investigate the demographic characteristics of college students' sense of belonging; analyzes the personality, The effects of family environment and school environment on college students' sense of belonging, and the mediating role of coping style and general self-efficacy in the process; Finally, an individual-family-school ecosystem model of college students' sense of belonging is constructed. The main conclusions of the study are as follows: 1) College students' school sense of belonging scale has good reliability and validity. 2) College students' school sense of belonging has significant differences in some demographic variables. Family environment and school environment subsystem have a certain effect on college students' sense of belonging. (4) coping style and general self-efficacy play an intermediary role in this process.
