深层学术交互的高校虚拟学习共同体构建模型及策略研究

【摘要】：始于20世纪80年代的网络教育,由于其具有相对于传统课堂教育所无法比拟的技术优势和理论优势,受到各国政府和学者专家的大力追捧,并被视为改革教育的主流方式。无论是美国的信息高速公路计划还是我国的农远工程,都可以看出网络教育的受重视程度。然而,开展了三十多年的网络教育,至今效果并未达到人们所预期的那样理想。针对这种现象,许多学者提出了诸多改进和提高网络教学效果的方法,并取得了很多研究成果。作者在借鉴前人研究成果和大量阅读国内外文献资料的基础上,对国内部分高校的虚拟学习共同体的运行现状进行调查,针对当前虚拟学习共同体中存在的问题,从深层学术交互的视角,研究促进学生深度学术交互的方法。首先,探讨了虚拟学习共同体及深层学术交互的相关概念和定义；其次,通过社会网络分析法、访谈法和实证研究法,对部分高校的网络学习现状进行调研；通过对调研的结果进行数据分析,探讨影响深层学术交互的相关因素。第三,针对前期调研中发现的问题,提出促进深层学术交互的进程模型,并从组织建设、制度建设和文化建设等三个策略出发,探讨促进深层学术交互的虚拟学习共同体的构建策略,以期促进学生学习效果的提升。最后,文章提出了一些实证检验方案,供后续研究使用。
[Abstract]:The network education, which began in the 1980s, is regarded as the mainstream way of reforming education because of its technical advantage and theoretical advantage compared with the traditional classroom education. Whether it is the information superhighway plan in the United States or the agricultural remote project in our country, we can see the degree of attention to network education. However, after more than 30 years of online education, the effect has not reached the expectations of the people. In view of this phenomenon, many scholars have put forward many methods to improve the effect of network teaching, and have obtained a lot of research results. On the basis of referring to the previous research results and reading a lot of literature at home and abroad, the author investigates the running status of virtual learning community in some colleges and universities in China, aiming at the problems existing in the virtual learning community at present. From the perspective of deep academic interaction, this paper studies the methods to promote students' deep academic interaction. Firstly, it discusses the related concepts and definitions of virtual learning community and deep academic interaction; secondly, through social network analysis, interview and empirical research, it investigates the current situation of network learning in some colleges and universities. Through the data analysis of the results of the investigation, the related factors affecting the deep academic interaction are discussed. Thirdly, aiming at the problems found in the previous research, the paper puts forward a process model to promote deep academic interaction, and proceeds from three strategies: organization construction, system construction and cultural construction. This paper probes into the construction strategy of virtual learning community which promotes deep academic interaction in order to promote the improvement of students' learning effect. Finally, some empirical test schemes are proposed for further study.
