研究性变革实践与高能实践——当前中美两种教师教育实践观的比较

【摘要】:研究性变革实践和高能实践是当前中关两国正在形成的两种具有一定流派特征的教师教育实践理念。两种实践观同是作为应对教师教育和课堂教学变革复杂性的解决之道而提出,但在如何处理理论与实践的关系、界定教师教育的界限及设计具体的介入手段等方面表现出和而不同的特点,其思维方式对于今后教师教育项目的设计具有很强的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:The practice of research and the practice of high energy are two kinds of teachers' educational practice concept which have the characteristics of certain genres in China and China. The two concept of practice is put forward as a solution to the complexity of teacher education and classroom teaching, but how to deal with the relationship between theory and practice and define the boundary of teacher education. The way of thinking is of different characteristics, and the way of thinking is of great significance for the design of the future teacher education project.
