教育城镇化与农村社区化——“延安样本”及其示范意义

【摘要】：延安作为陕西省统筹城乡发展、推进城乡教育一体化改革试点,以城镇化为引擎,分别在城市、县城、集镇、中心村建设方面推出重大举措,构建新的城镇体系。其中,教育县城化,农村社区化构想颇具前瞻性,对同类地区的城乡统筹发展及城乡一体化实施,具有重要的启发借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Yanan, as a co-ordinate urban and rural development in Shaanxi Province, promotes the integration of urban and rural education, and takes urbanization as the engine, and puts forward major measures to build a new urban system in the cities, counties, towns and central villages. Among them, the educational county urbanization, the concept of rural community-based development is quite forward-looking, and the urban and rural development of the same area and the city of the same area The implementation of township integration has important implications for reference.
