学校德育衔接问题研究

【摘要】：道德教育既是学校教育的重要组成部分,也是一项需要家庭、社会共同参与的系统性工程。这种系统性不仅要求家庭、学校和社会德育做到横向衔接,同时也要做好大学、中学、小学纵向衔接。本研究在力求从学理上给予求证外,还对多所学校进行了实地调查和采访,归纳出了学校德育不相衔接的主要问题,包括德育目标衔接问题、内容衔接问题、途径和方法衔接问题、管理衔接问题以及评价体系衔接问题。通过具体分析,找到了问题产生的根源在于应试教育体制的制约、对道德形成滞后性的忽视、教育主管部门不统一、德育主体各自为政、学校缺少必要的长效衔接机制以及多种德育差异等方面。为解决上述问题,本文提出了一套适合我国学校德育发展实际的德育衔接措施,如提升德育地位,注重学校德育工作者队伍建设,做好德育在目标、内容和方法的衔接,建立德育衔接机制,突出学生的主体地位,合理运用网络德育加强学校与外界的横向联系,做好相邻阶段学生德育情况的普查工作等。
[Abstract]:Moral education is not only an important part of school education, but also a systematic project which needs the participation of family and society. This system not only requires the family, school and social moral education to achieve horizontal convergence, but also to do a good job in the vertical link between universities, middle schools and primary schools. In addition to seeking proof from the theory, this study has also conducted field investigations and interviews on many schools, and has concluded the main problems of the disconnection of moral education in schools, including the convergence of moral education objectives and the cohesion of contents. Approach and method convergence, management cohesion and evaluation system convergence. Through concrete analysis, the author finds out that the root of the problem lies in the restriction of examination-oriented education system, the neglect of the formation of morality, the disunity of educational departments, and the disunity of the subject of moral education. The school lacks the necessary long-term cohesive mechanism as well as many kinds of moral education difference and so on. In order to solve the above problems, this paper puts forward a set of moral education convergence measures suitable for the development of moral education in our country, such as improving the status of moral education, paying attention to the construction of school moral education workers, and doing well the convergence of the goal, content and method of moral education. It is necessary to establish a link mechanism of moral education, highlight the main position of students, reasonably use network moral education to strengthen the horizontal connection between school and the outside world, and do a good job in the general investigation of students' moral education in adjacent stages.
