【摘要】：技术成本分析是远程教育得以顺利开展的重要保证。在分析美国远程教育机构通用的技术成本分析方法(TCM)的产生背景基础上,详细介绍了TCM的核心要素和成本计算的基本步骤,并提出对我国远程教育的借鉴。
[Abstract]:Technical cost analysis is an important guarantee for the smooth development of distance education. Based on the analysis of the general technology cost analysis method of American distance education institutions, this paper introduces in detail the core elements of TCM and the basic steps of cost calculation, and puts forward the reference for distance education in our country.
