理解学生的另一半

【摘要】：对学生的完整理解,既需要关注学生的表,更要关注学生的里;既要看到学生的外在行为表现,更要理解其内在的精神诉求;既要发展学生的智力,更要重视其人格的完善;既要强调成人的价值引导,更要体现学生的立场;既要看到学生当下的问题,更要看到其未来发展的积极意义。
[Abstract]:The complete understanding of students should not only pay attention to the students' appearance, but also pay more attention to the students' interior, not only to see the students' external behavior, but also to understand their inner spiritual demands, to develop students' intelligence and to pay more attention to the perfection of their personality. It is not only to emphasize the value guidance of adults, but also to reflect students' standpoint, to see the current problems of students, and to see the positive significance of their future development.
