【摘要】:积极心理学和组织行为学的长足发展促进了心理资本及其相关理论的诞生和应用,心理资本因为关注人的积极心理素质和潜能,所以受到的关注越来越多。过往关于心理资本的研究多集中在组织层面,而儿童作为未来发展的主力军,更应该受到高度关注。 本研究首次以贵州少数民族地区以及上海地区儿童和青少年(小学、初中、高中)为研究对象,采用问卷对9所学校、2177名儿童的心理资本进行了较为全面和深入的调查,使用SPSS21.0软件进行数据分析并探析了该两地儿童心理资本的现状以及差异,并且据此提出了儿童心理资本建设的对策与建议。 结果显示: 1.总体来看,贵州省少数民族地区各民族儿童的心理资本与上海地区汉族儿童的心理资本不存在显著性差异。但从具体的6个维度上来看,除了自信和乐观,在感恩、愿景、合作、韧性等方面两地儿童存在显著性差异。贵阳地区和上海地区两地儿童心理资本并不存在显著性差异,愿景、韧性、自信和乐观上存在显著性优势;在感恩和合作两个维度上,两地儿童不存在显著性差异。 2.总体来看,少数民族儿童与汉族儿童心理资本不存在显著性差异。但从具体的6各维度来看,在自信维度上不存在显著性差异,而余下的感恩、愿景、合作、乐观、韧性5个维度则存在显著性差异; 3.总体来看,女性心理资本优于男性。女性在愿景维度与男性存在显著性差异;在感恩、合作、乐观、韧性、自信这5个维度上不存在显著性差异: 4.初中儿童的心理资本总体状态优于小学和高中。从具体的6各维度来看,在乐观和韧性两个维度上不存在显著性差异,而在其余的4的愿景、感恩、合作自信维度上存在显著性差异。 本研究尝试将心理资本理论扩展到儿童群体,探索儿童心理资本的地域差异、民族差异、性别差异以及发展差异,取得了初步结果,希望能对家庭、学校、社区的儿童心理资本的研究和开发产生一点启迪作用和推动作用。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of positive psychology and organizational behavior has promoted the birth and application of psychological capital and its related theories. Psychological capital is concerned about people's positive psychological quality and potential. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to it. Previous studies on psychological capital have focused on the organizational level, and children, as the main force of future development, should be highly concerned. For the first time, children and adolescents (primary, junior high, senior middle school) in Guizhou minority areas and Shanghai were selected as the subjects of this study, and 9 schools were investigated by questionnaire. The psychological capital of 2177 children was investigated in a comprehensive and in-depth way. The data of 2177 children were analyzed by using SPSS21.0 software, and the present situation and difference of psychological capital of children in the two places were analyzed. Based on this, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of children's psychological capital construction. The results show that: 1. As a whole, there is no significant difference between the psychological capital of the minority nationality children in Guizhou province and that of the Han nationality children in Shanghai, but from the specific six dimensions. In addition to self-confidence and optimism, there are significant differences in gratitude, vision, cooperation, resilience and so on. There is no significant difference in children's psychological capital between Guiyang and Shanghai. There are significant advantages in self-confidence and optimism; There is no significant difference between the two dimensions of gratitude and cooperation. 2. Overall, there is no significant difference in psychological capital between minority children and Han children, but from the specific six dimensions, there is no significant difference in self-confidence, while the remaining gratitude, vision. There were significant differences among the five dimensions of cooperation, optimism and toughness. 3. Overall, female psychological capital is superior to male. There is significant difference between female and male in the dimension of vision, but there is no significant difference in five dimensions of gratitude, cooperation, optimism, resilience and self-confidence. 4. The overall state of mental capital of junior middle school children is better than that of primary school and high school. From the specific six dimensions, there is no significant difference in the two dimensions of optimism and resilience, but in the other four vision, Thanksgiving. There are significant differences in the dimension of cooperative confidence. This study attempts to extend the theory of psychological capital to children, and explores the regional differences, ethnic differences, gender differences and development differences of children's psychological capital. The research and development of the children's psychological capital in the community has some enlightening effect and impelling effect.
