大学生基于网络教学平台自主学习的现状与对策

【摘要】:在知识经济时代,科学技术发展带来计算机网络的普及,网络化已经成为21世纪的主旋律。网络已经在学生学习生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色,学生在开展自主学习时,更是离不开网络,传统的自主学习也已转变为新型的网络自主学习。通过相关的文献资料研究发现,当前基于网络教学平台自主学习现状的系统调查较为缺乏,没有受到人们的足够重视。因此,本研究为系统地掌握当前大学生基于网络教学平台自主学习的现状,发现其存在的问题,提出有效的改进对策,为改进网络自主学习的效果提供有益的参考。 本研究在国内外研究现状的基础上,以移动学习理论、翻转课堂理论、个性化学习理论为主线,主要围绕以下三个方面进行研究: 首先,通过查阅大量的文献资料,对研究背景进行阐述,总结出国内外关于基于网络教学平台自主学习的研究现状,,从已有研究中总结归纳出研究的热点和不足,同时,对本研究的目标、研究内容、研究思路和研究方法进行了阐述。 其次,本研究在分析了移动学习理论、翻转课堂学习理论、个性化学习理论的基础上,探讨了大学生基于网络教学平台自主学习影响因素,包括学习者因素、教师因素、平台因素和学校因素等,形成了一个影响因素模型。接着以此模型为依据,利用调查问卷和访谈形式,得到了山东省大学生基于网络教学平台自主学习现状的真实资料。 最后,通过数据统计分析法,分析大学生基于网络教学平台自主学习现状,总结现状中存在的问题,分析产生上述问题的原因,提出切实可行的解决对策。 本文以山东省四所高校的大学生为研究对象,从学习者、教师、平台、学校这四方面,对大学生基于网络教学平台自主学习现状进行了分析,发现了如下问题:学习者缺乏良好的自主学习习惯与有效的自我监控,平台上教师的参与度不高,优质学习资源严重不足,平台得不到有效应用,学校对网络教学效果得不到有效掌控。然后,据此归纳出影响网络自主学习效果的原因:学习者网络自主学习意识不强,教师网络教学素养比较低,平台自主化二次开发不足,学校欠缺相应的评价与奖励机制。最后,根据调查实际情况,笔者提出了有针对性的对策,为大学生基于网络教学平台自主学习提供了可参考的建议。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, the development of science and technology has brought the popularization of computer network, networking has become the main melody of the 21st century. The network has played a more and more important role in the students' study and life. When the students carry out autonomous learning, they can not do without the network, and the traditional autonomous learning has also changed into a new type of autonomous learning. Through the relevant literature research, it is found that the current systematic investigation on the status quo of autonomous learning based on web-based teaching platform is relatively lacking and has not been paid enough attention to. Therefore, this study is to systematically grasp the current situation of college students' autonomous learning based on network teaching platform, find out the existing problems, put forward effective improvement countermeasures, and provide a useful reference for improving the effect of network autonomous learning. Based on the current research situation at home and abroad, this study focuses on the following three aspects: mobile learning theory, flipping classroom theory and individualized learning theory: First of all, by consulting a large number of literature, the research background is expounded, and the current situation of autonomous learning based on web-based teaching platform is summarized, and the hot spots and shortcomings of the research are summarized from the existing research, at the same time, The aim, content, train of thought and research method of this research are expounded. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing mobile learning theory, flipping classroom learning theory and individualized learning theory, this study discusses the influencing factors of college students' autonomous learning based on web-based teaching platform, including learner factors and teachers' factors. Platform factors and school factors, etc., form a model of influencing factors. On the basis of this model, using questionnaire and interview form, we get the real data of the present situation of autonomous learning of college students based on network teaching platform in Shandong Province. Finally, through the statistical analysis of data, this paper analyzes the present situation of college students' autonomous learning based on the network teaching platform, summarizes the problems existing in the present situation, analyzes the causes of the above problems, and puts forward practical solutions. This paper takes the students of four colleges and universities in Shandong Province as the research object, from the four aspects of learners, teachers, platforms and schools, analyzes the current situation of autonomous learning of college students based on the network teaching platform. The following problems are found: learners lack of good autonomous learning habits and effective self-monitoring, the participation of teachers on the platform is not high, the quality learning resources are seriously insufficient, and the platform is not effectively used. Schools do not have effective control over the effects of online teaching. Then, the paper concludes the reasons that affect the effect of web-based autonomous learning: learners' awareness of web-based autonomous learning is not strong, teachers' network teaching literacy is relatively low, the secondary development of platform autonomy is insufficient, and schools lack the corresponding evaluation and reward mechanism. Finally, according to the actual situation of the investigation, the author puts forward targeted countermeasures, which can be used as a reference for the autonomous learning of college students based on the web-based teaching platform.
