【摘要】:教师要让教学更美好,就要学会与自己相处、与学生相处、与教学的不确定性相处。学会与自己相处包括学会与自己的"已经发生"相处、与自己的"内心"相处、与自己的"思维"相处;学会与学生相处包括学会与学生的"未完成性"相处、与学生的"与众不同"相处、与学生的"独立性"相处;学会与教育教学的"不确定性"相处,则需要教师深刻理解课堂教学的"不确定性",并通过协调"预设和生成"的关系,确保教学中确定性与不确定性的平衡。
