创客教师专业素质结构研究

【摘要】：创客教育在为教育改革提供新的机遇的同时,也面临着巨大的挑战,其中最严峻的困境是师资匮乏。创客教育的跨学科性、综合性、复杂性、创造性、实践性等特征决定了它对于教师有着极高的专业化的要求,创客教师的专业化培养成为当前创客教育实施亟需面对的问题。创客教师的专业素质结构决定着其专业化培养的目标和内容,是创客教师专业化培养的"指南针"。该文从"创客"和"教育者"双重身份与素养的角度,从经典的专业精神、专业知识、专业技能三个维度,构建了创客教师的专业素质结构。创客教师要具备创新意识与创新思维、设计意识与设计思维、实践意识与工匠精神、节点意识与联通思维、分享意识与团队精神、安全意识与尝试精神等为特征的创客精神;要具备跨学科的多元专业知识结构;要具备创客空间建设、创客课程开发、创客技术应用、创客教育教学等专业技能。
[Abstract]:While providing new opportunities for educational reform, Creator Education is also facing great challenges, among which the most severe dilemma is the shortage of teachers, and the interdisciplinary, comprehensive, complex and creative aspects of Creator Education. Practice and other characteristics determine that it has a very high professional requirements for teachers. The professional cultivation of creators has become an urgent problem in the implementation of creative-oriented education, whose professional quality structure determines the goal and content of its professional training. It is a "compass" for the professional cultivation of creators and teachers. From the perspective of the dual identity and accomplishment of "creators" and "educators", this paper focuses on the three dimensions of classical professionalism, professional knowledge and professional skills. To construct the professional quality structure of the creative teacher, the teacher should have the innovation consciousness and thought, the design consciousness and the design thought, the practice consciousness and the craftsman spirit, the node consciousness and the connection thought. Creative spirit characterized by sharing consciousness and team spirit, safety consciousness and trial spirit; To have a multi-disciplinary knowledge structure; Must have the creation guest space construction, the creation guest curriculum development, the creation guest technology application, the creation guest education teaching and so on specialized skill.
