【摘要】:为了探究中国青少年情绪调节自我效能感的个体差异及与心理学相关变量的关系,运用元分析方法对国内有关青少年情绪调节自我效能感的文献进行整合分析。通过文献检索和筛选,共有48项研究满足元分析标准,样本总量为33769。元分析结果表明:(1)青少年的情绪调节自我效能感存在显著性别差异,男生的情绪调节自我效能感显著高于女生;(2)青少年的情绪调节自我效能感存在显著生源地差异,城镇青少年的情绪调节自我效能感显著高于农村青少年;(3)青少年的情绪调节自我效能感在是否是独生子女方面不存在显著差异;(4)青少年的情绪调节自我效能感存在显著的文理科差异,理科生的情绪调节自我效能感显著高于文科生;(5)青少年情绪调节自我效能感与主观幸福感、自尊、外倾性、人际关系呈中等程度正相关,其相关系数分别为0.375、0.381、0.343、0.251;(6)青少年情绪调节自我效能感与抑郁、神经质、网络成瘾呈中等程度负相关,其相关系数分别为-0.349、-0.313、-0.325;(7)青少年情绪调节自我效能感的差异研究以及与心理学相关变量的关系研究都不存在出版偏差;(8)被试类型和地域分布对青少年情绪调节自我效能感的生源地差异具有调节作用,被试类型对青少年情绪调节自我效能感的性别差异以及青少年情绪调节自我效能感与主观幸福感关系的调节效应达到边缘性显著,其它调节效应都不显著。结论:青少年情绪调节自我效能感存在显著的性别差异、生源地差异和文理科差异,不存在独生子女差异;青少年情绪调节自我效能感与主观幸福感、自尊、外倾性、人际关系呈中等程度正相关,与抑郁、神经质、网络成瘾呈中等程度负相关。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the individual difference of emotional regulation self-efficacy and its relationship with psychological variables in Chinese adolescents. Using meta-analysis method to analyze the domestic literature on adolescent emotional regulation self-efficacy. Through literature retrieval and screening, a total of 48 studies meet the meta-analysis standards. The result of meta-analysis showed that there was significant gender difference in emotional regulation self-efficacy of adolescents, and the emotional regulation self-efficacy of boys was significantly higher than that of girls. (2) there is significant difference in the sense of emotional regulation self-efficacy of adolescents, and the sense of emotional self-efficacy of urban adolescents is significantly higher than that of rural adolescents; 3) there was no significant difference in emotional regulation self-efficacy of adolescents in terms of whether they were the only child; (4) there were significant differences in emotion regulation self-efficacy of adolescents, and the emotion regulation self-efficacy of science students was significantly higher than that of arts students. (5) Self-efficacy of emotion regulation was positively correlated with subjective well-being, self-esteem, extraversion and interpersonal relationship, and the correlation coefficients were 0.375 and 0.381and 0.343, respectively. 0.251; (6) Self-efficacy of emotion regulation in adolescents was negatively correlated with depression, neuroticism and Internet addiction, and the correlation coefficients were -0.349- 0.313- 0.325; (7) there is no publication deviation in the study of adolescents' emotional regulation self-efficacy and the relationship with psychological variables; (8) the type and geographical distribution of the subjects can regulate the differences of the students' sense of self-efficacy of emotion regulation in adolescents. The gender difference of subjects' emotional regulation self-efficacy and the adjustment effect of adolescent emotional regulation self-efficacy and subjective well-being reached marginal significance. Conclusion: there are significant gender differences in self-efficacy of emotion regulation among adolescents, differences in origin of students and differences in arts and sciences, and there is no difference in only children. Adolescent emotional regulation self-efficacy was positively correlated with subjective well-being, self-esteem, extroversion, interpersonal relationship, and negatively correlated with depression, neuroticism and Internet addiction.
