远程直播教学应用于中学教学效果分析

【摘要】:随着基层学校教育信息化水平的提升,逐步能够支持信息化教与学活动。2002年,成都东方闻道公司与成都七中合作,创办了四川成都七中东方闻道网校,并应省委、省民委要求承担起“四川省民族地区教育发展十年行动计划”远程教育项目工程任务。市教育局于2013年5月颁发了加快推进二、三圈层农村学校和薄弱学校的网班建设工作的文件。目前四川民族地区42所、成都市37所、四川其他地市79所。成都市近年充分利用名校网络优质课堂资源促进圈层融合、带动薄弱学校、辐射民族地区,取得积极成效和进展。信息技术为扩大优质资源,推进基础教育均衡发展提供了重要的方法与路径。远程直播教学应用于中学意义在于为学生提供优质资源进行学习的机会,为提升教师教育教学能力和学校发展提供了良好平台。目前发挥了多大效果?如何能发挥其最大效果?针对这些问题的思考,将有益于远程直播教学有效的发展。本文则结合远程直播教学实施目标,以课堂教学评价为视角,设计建立课堂教学效果分析指标,分析取得的效果。远程直播教学以资源输送为主要目标,把传统课堂对资源应用的效果和评价不足,将两者结合起来。分析对象确定为教师、学生和学校发展的影响。将利用访谈、课堂观察和问卷调查等方法,结合德尔菲法建立评价指标体系,并采用定性、定量结合分析。调查选取一、二、三圈城学校各一所。以期对远程直播教学应用于中学教学效果进行客观合理的分析与评估。为其进一步的改善与提高提供指导及建议。为今后的实施推进四川省基础教育均衡发展有一定的指导意义和为政府教育部门制定相关决策提供依据。
