技术视角下首都体育学院在线开放课程建设研究

【摘要】：在线开放课程、MOOC、慕课等等词汇近些年频繁出现在各种类型的媒体中,也频繁出现在各类学校的课程实践中。随着国家战略层面的“互联网+”的提出,教育信息化使得“互联网+教育”变得离我们越来越近。在线的、实时的、不受时空限制的网上、“云上”学习得到越来越多的人的重视。21世纪初,美国麻省理工学院的网络课件开放计划(Open Course Ware,OCW),倡导将课程资源完全开放,完全共享给互联网上的人们,让渴望获得知识的人能够得到高等学府的教育资源。2012年以来,MOOC(Massive Open Online Course,大规模在线开放课程),让全世界的人们看到原来可以用另一种方法走入大学,成千上万甚至十几万人共同学习一门课程,并且依托网络平台向教师提问,提交作业,互相讨论,甚至成为朋友。在线开放课程让教学模式和学习模式都发生了巨大的变化,也冲击着全世界的教育机构。在中国,教育发展在这方面也紧跟着国际的脚步快速推进着。从很早开始我们就有现代远程教育工程,到后来的精品课、视频公开课、资源共享课,再到在线开放课程,很多学校尤其是大学都适时推出了相关课程并得到了广大学子的好评。首都体育学院近年来教育信息化水平快速发展,完善的多媒体教学设备、高速稳定的校园互联网链接、完整的高清视频课程制作能力等,都为开发校内在线开放课程提供技术保证。本文第一部分对在线开放课程进行文献分析,通过对各类型的文献资料进行阅读与分析,力求了解其本质。第二部分,首先对目前的主流三大中文慕课平台进行技术分析,找出三各平台各自的优势与不足。然后对对首都体育学院自身的在线开放课程现状进行了分析,并找出了技术层面的优势与不足。在校园网络环境的承载能力上可以完全满足课程平台的建设要求,在部分课程的拍摄和制作上已有一定的经验与能力,硬件设备达到了目前主流课程的制作标准,制作人员的技术能力也可以满足一般水平的课程制作要求,这几点是首都体育学院建设在线开放课程的技术优势,不足主要是在课程拍摄及后期制作的精品化能力上与目前高端的在线开放课程水平还有差距,并且缺少像虚拟演播室这种类型的硬件拍摄设施。最后对首都体育学院在线开放课程的建设提出建议:一是首都体育学院完全具备在线开放课程的建设条件,应该加快在线开放课程的建设步伐。二是在建设过程中注重突出体育类院校的特点。三是可以考虑先进行合作式的课程开发和上线,再进行校内课程平台的建设。

The first part of this paper carries on the literature analysis to the on-line open course. Through the reading and analysis of various types of literature, try to understand its essence. The second part, the current mainstream of the three major Chinese curriculum platform for technical analysis. Find out the advantages and disadvantages of each of the three platforms. Then the paper analyzes the current situation of online open courses of Capital Institute of physical Education. And find out the advantages and disadvantages of the technical level. In the campus network environment can fully meet the carrying capacity of the curriculum platform construction requirements, in part of the course shooting and production has a certain experience and ability. The hardware equipment has reached the current mainstream curriculum production standard, the technical ability of the production staff can also meet the general level of curriculum production requirements, these points are the capital physical education college construction of online open courses technical advantages. The deficiency is mainly in the course shooting and post-production of fine quality ability with the current high-end online open curriculum level there is still a gap. And the lack of hardware shooting facilities such as virtual studio. Finally put forward some suggestions on the construction of online open courses of Capital Institute of physical Education: the first is that Capital Institute of physical Education is fully equipped with the construction conditions of online open courses. We should speed up the construction of online open courses. Second, pay attention to the characteristics of sports colleges and universities in the process of construction. Third, we can consider the cooperative curriculum development and online. Then carry on the construction of the curriculum platform in the school.
