黄冈市中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升研究

【摘要】：近年来,各国对教育信息化的重视程度不断提升,利用技术促进学习方式变革、推动信息技术与教育教学深度融合成为教育界关注的焦点。而教师是教育教学的主力军,教师的信息技术应用能力直接影响到课堂教学效果,因此,提升教师的信息技术应用能力势在必行。我国开展的“全国中小学教师信息技术应用提升工程”,使得学校信息化教学环境建设、教师信息技术技能培训等方面得到了显著提高,教师信息技术应用能力在一定程度有所提升,但其中仍存在诸多问题。为了解黄冈市中小学教师信息技术应用能力现状,本文在研究的过程中立足于我国2014年版的《中小学教师信息技术应用能力标准(试行)》(以下简称《能力标准》)选取黄冈市中小学教师作为研究对象,采用“发现问题一分析问题一解决问题”的研究思路,主要运用问卷调查、访谈等方法进行相关研究。首先,从技术素养、计划与准备、组织与管理、评估与诊断、学习与发展五个维度就黄冈市中小学教师信息技术应用的实际情况进行研究、分析和探讨,继而了解到该校教师在信息技术应用能力方面各维度发展水平。然后,针对目前黄冈市中小学教师所存在的对新鲜事物的了解欠缺、利用信息技术手段优化教学的方式有限、进行信息化课堂意外处理的能力不强、管理学生学习行为的能力欠佳、教师利用信息技术评价的能力一般、利用信息技术资源进行自我学习与发展的程度不高等问题,从信息化教学环境、不同区域教师能力差异、教师主动性、培训等多个方面对出现问题的成因进行分析。最后,围绕学校、教师、培训三方面,并结合黄冈市中小学教师当前在信息技术应用能力方面所涌现出的各种问题以及导致这些问题发生的根本性原因,进而有针对性的提出有效意见和建议,以此提升教师实际信息技术应用的能力和水平。希望本研究可以为黄冈市中小学教师在信息技术应用能力提升及教学实践与应用方面提供可参考的思路及建议,同时,为学校以及相关教育主管部门出台必要的培训政策奠定重要基础以及提供有力参考依据。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the countries pay more and more attention to the education informatization, and use technology to promote the change of learning mode. Promoting the deep integration of information technology and education and teaching has become the focus of attention in the field of education, and teachers are the main force in education and teaching, and teachers' ability to apply information technology directly affects the effectiveness of classroom teaching. It is imperative to improve teachers' ability of applying information technology. The "National Project of promoting the Application of Information Technology for Primary and Secondary School Teachers" carried out in our country makes the construction of school information teaching environment. Teachers' information technology skills training and other aspects have been significantly improved, teachers' information technology application ability has been improved to a certain extent. However, there are still many problems. In order to understand the current situation of information technology application ability of primary and secondary school teachers in Huanggang city. In the course of the research, this paper bases itself on the 2014 edition of the Standard for the Application of Information Technology of Primary and Middle School Teachers (try out) > (hereinafter referred to as the competency Standard). The primary and middle school teachers in Huanggang city are chosen as the research object. Using the research idea of "finding problem-analyzing problem-solving problem", mainly using questionnaire, interview and other methods to carry out the relevant research. First, from the technical literacy, planning and preparation, organization and management. Evaluation and diagnosis, learning and development of the five dimensions of the Huanggang primary and secondary school teachers information technology application of the actual situation of research, analysis and discussion. Then we know that the teachers of the school in the application of information technology in the development level of the various dimensions. Then, in view of the current Huanggang City primary and secondary school teachers have a lack of understanding of the new things. The use of information technology means to optimize teaching is limited, the ability to deal with accidents in informational classrooms is not strong, the ability to manage students' learning behavior is poor, and the ability of teachers to evaluate information technology is general. The use of information technology resources for self-learning and development is not high, from the information teaching environment, different regions of the ability of teachers, teachers initiative. Training and other aspects to analyze the causes of problems. Finally, around the school, teachers, training three aspects. Combined with the Huanggang City primary and secondary school teachers in the application of information technology in the current emergence of a variety of problems and lead to the fundamental causes of these problems, and then targeted to put forward effective opinions and suggestions. In order to improve the ability and level of teachers' practical information technology application, I hope this study can provide some ideas and suggestions for the improvement of information technology application ability and teaching practice and application of primary and secondary school teachers in Huanggang City. At the same time, it lays an important foundation for schools and relevant education departments to issue necessary training policies.
