教育信息化背景下关于英语教师教学能力构成的新思考

【摘要】：从教与学内在统一性、教师专业化发展需求方面分析了教育信息化背景下教师教学能力提升的意义,在梳理教学能力概念内涵、教学能力构成要素的基础上,归纳、概括了以传统环境、信息技术环境、语言文化、教与学、跨学科与社会五个要素交互作用为核心的英语教师教学能力结构。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the significance of the improvement of teachers' teaching ability under the background of educational informatization in terms of the inherent unity of teaching and learning, the demands of teachers' professional development, and summarizes the connotation of the concept of teaching ability and the elements of teaching ability. This paper summarizes the structure of English teachers' teaching ability, which is based on the interaction of traditional environment, information technology environment, language culture, teaching and learning, and interdisciplinary and social factors.
