核心素养的本质追问与实践探析

【摘要】：核心素养提出的本质是教育哲学的本体性回归,由现代教育的知识本位的教育哲学观,回归到基于人(儿童)本位的教育本体论。中国学生发展核心素养体系与三元教育价值分类体系形成相互对应的关系,体现了教育的个体生命性、工具性和社会性价值。核心素养对综合素养具有全息撬动性。在教育政策层面,核心素养的实施要构建学段核心素养、学科核心素养和学业质量标准。在学校层面,要建立与核心素养对应的校本化核心素养目标、课程体系,变革课堂教学方法,提升教师核心素养。核心素养开启了教育的新时代,是中国教育发展新的挑战和机遇。
