慕课教学中教师角色转换的叙事研究

【摘要】：教师迅速实现从传统课堂教学到慕课教学的角色转换是教师适应教育革新的关键因素。慕课教师L的叙事呈现了她在慕课教学和传统课堂教学上角色转换的过程和特征,包括:社会环境及校园文化背景下L教师知识结构的完善;"独角戏"教学模式下L教师信念的重构及重整行动;单向互动模式中L教师的反思与实践;现实震撼下L教师努力向慕课专家型教师迈进。基于L教师角色转换的特征,我们提出四点有利于慕课教学中教师成长的建议:建立更有针对性和实效性的教师职前慕课教学技能培养体系;提供更为完善的在职教师慕课培训;教师要树立终身学习的理念;教师要成为"反思性实践者"。
[Abstract]:It is a key factor for teachers to adapt to the reform of education. The narration of the teacher L presents the process and characteristics of her role transformation in the teaching of Moo and the traditional classroom teaching. It includes: the perfection of L teachers' knowledge structure under the background of social environment and campus culture, the reconstruction of L teachers' beliefs and their reorganizing actions under the "unicorn play" teaching mode, the reflection and practice of L teachers in one-way interaction mode, and the improvement of L teachers' knowledge structure under the background of social environment and campus culture. Under the shock of reality, L teacher stride forward to expert teacher. Based on the characteristics of the transformation of L teachers' role, we put forward four suggestions: to establish a more targeted and effective teaching skills training system for teachers' pre-service teaching; Teachers should set up the concept of lifelong learning, and teachers should become "reflective practitioners".
