新形势下的高职贫困生心理健康教育研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着我国高等教育体制改革的不断深入,大学生心理健康问题越来越受到教育部门和社会各界的重视,其中高职院校贫困生的心理问题日益凸显。因为相对于普通本科学生来说,他们除了经济上更加贫困以外,面临着更为严峻的就业压力,贫富差距大,心理不平衡,因此更容易出现心理问题。现阶段高等院校贫困生的心理健康问题也逐步获得了业界的普遍重视。可是总体上来讲,各领域专家均将重点放在了普通高校,而忽视了对高职院校实际情况的探讨。目前,我国经济处于新常态的发展阶段,不再追求经济发展速度,这是适应中国国情而做出的改变,也是在适应社会发展的规律。当前的社会新形势对各行业都提出了全新的要求,要求顺应经济的新常态发展,转变思想,追求质量,不求速度与数量,讲究最终效益,达到社会的和谐发展。在这种新形势下,如何全面开展心理健康教育,提高教育水平,帮助高职贫困生走出心理困境,达到社会和谐发展是高职院校需要深思的要点。纵观以往的教育成果,高职院校虽然都开展了对贫困生进行心理健康教育方面的课程,但是普遍都存在内容陈旧,机制不健全等问题,需要进行深入研究、探求解决对策。本文首先对相关概念进行了界定与阐释,包括新形势、贫困生、心理健康教育等,为后文的分析打下了理论基础,接下来对现阶段国内外高职贫困生心理健康情况展开了概述,归纳出该群体最常出现的心理问题,归纳了高职院校贫困生心理健康教育的现状、目前已取得的成果和存在的问题。最后,针对存在的问题,提出在新形势下,要健全贫困生资助体制,完善心理健康教育机制,注重贫困生良好心理品质的培养。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deepening of the reform of higher education system in our country, the psychological health problems of college students have been paid more and more attention by the education departments and all walks of life, among which the psychological problems of the poor students in higher vocational colleges have become increasingly prominent. Compared with ordinary undergraduate students, they are faced with more severe employment pressure, the gap between the rich and the poor, psychological imbalance, so they are more prone to psychological problems. At present, the mental health problems of poor students in colleges and universities have been paid more and more attention. In general, however, experts in all fields focus on ordinary colleges and universities, while ignoring the discussion of the actual situation of higher vocational colleges. At present, China's economy is in the new normal stage of development, no longer pursue the pace of economic development, which is adapted to the national conditions of China made changes, but also adapt to the law of social development. At present, the new social situation has put forward new requirements for all trades and professions to conform to the new normal development of economy, to change ideas, to pursue quality, not to seek speed and quantity, to pay attention to the final benefit, and to achieve the harmonious development of society. In this new situation, how to carry out mental health education, improve the level of education, help the poor students out of the psychological predicament, and achieve the harmonious development of society is the key point that higher vocational colleges should ponder deeply. Throughout the past educational achievements, although the higher vocational colleges have carried out psychological health education for poor students, but generally there are problems such as obsolete content, imperfect mechanism, and so on. This paper first defines and explains the related concepts, including the new situation, poor students, mental health education and so on, which lays a theoretical foundation for the later analysis, and then summarizes the mental health situation of the poor students at home and abroad at present. The most common psychological problems in this group are summarized, and the present situation of mental health education for poor students in higher vocational colleges is summarized. Finally, in view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward that under the new situation, we should perfect the financial aid system of poor students, perfect the mechanism of mental health education and pay attention to the cultivation of good psychological quality of poor students.
