中小学教师网络培训视频资源制作方法探究

【摘要】：随着"终身教育"的普及,中小学教师网络继续教育培训己经成为一门必修课,而视频是网络培训中重要的评价指标。一线教师认为看视频耗时多收获少,排斥网络继续教育培训,提高视频的制作水平迫在眉睫。本研究以提高中小学教师网络培训学习效果为目标,从视频制作方法入手,以天津市某教师网络培训课程为例,进行数据统计,开展对视频制作方法的研究,参考edX课程研究成果,现有中小学教师继续教育网络培训视频资源的主要问题:视频时长过长;培训中常会遇到自己已会的内容;讲解程序性知识的课程采用讲解陈述性知识的方法。根据这三个现实问题,提出了微小化原则、完整性原则、双视角原则、弱交互性原则等四个视频资源制作原则,并分析在概念性视频制作方法、原理性视频制作方法、操作性视频制作方法、案例性视频制作方法中如何实现四个原则,详细分析了操作性视频制作方法和原理性视频制作方法的具体实现,为中小学教师网络培训视频资源制作提供思路。最后将方法应用到实际案例中,对学习者进行访谈,为中小学教师网络课程视频资源的开发提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of "lifelong education", the network continuing education training of primary and middle school teachers has become a compulsory course, and video is an important evaluation index in network training. First-line teachers believe that watching video more time, less gain, reject network continuing education and training, improve the level of video production is imminent. The aim of this study is to improve the learning effect of primary and secondary school teachers' network training, starting with the video production method, taking a teacher's network training course in Tianjin as an example, carrying out the data statistics and carrying out the research on the video production method. Referring to the research results of edX curriculum, the main problems of the current network training video resources for teachers in primary and secondary schools are as follows: the length of video is too long, the content that they have met in the training is often met; The course of explaining procedural knowledge adopts the method of explaining declarative knowledge. According to these three practical problems, this paper puts forward four principles of video resource production, such as minimization principle, integrity principle, two-angle principle, weak interaction principle, and analyzes the conceptual video production method and the principle video production method. The operational video production method, how to realize the four principles in the case video production method, the detailed analysis of the operational video production method and the concrete realization of the principle video production method, To provide ideas for primary and secondary school teachers network training video resources production. Finally, the method is applied to practical cases to interview learners to provide reference for the development of primary and secondary school teachers' online course video resources.
