智能虚拟助手的教育应用研究

【摘要】:智能虚拟助手是基于人工智能的对话式智能服务,是构建"对话即平台"的信息系统核心,已受到教育领域的关注。文章在梳理已有研究成果的基础上,分析了智能虚拟助手所具有的自然的人机交互、便捷的知识获取和完善的技术生态三个特征及其对教育产生的价值。在此基础上,文章探讨了智能虚拟助手的学习支持功能,从个性化学习、问答交流、学习分析的角度进行了研究,并分析了其具体应用案例。最后,文章对智能虚拟助手在教育领域应用面临的问题和未来发展进行了讨论。
[Abstract]:Intelligent virtual assistant is a conversational intelligent service based on artificial intelligence. It is the core of information system of "dialogue is platform" and has been paid attention to in the field of education. On the basis of combing the existing research results, this paper analyzes the three characteristics of the intelligent virtual assistant, such as natural human-computer interaction, convenient knowledge acquisition and perfect technological ecology, and its value to education. On this basis, the paper discusses the learning support function of the intelligent virtual assistant, and studies it from the perspective of individualized learning, question and answer exchange, and learning analysis, and analyzes its concrete application cases. Finally, the problems and future development of intelligent virtual assistant in the field of education are discussed.
