现代远程教育中个性化学习者模型的研究

【摘要】:当前,大数据支持下的个性化学习已成为教育领域的研究热点。其中,有关个性化学习系统的研究是人工智能在教育领域中应用的体现,它集成了教育学、计算机科学以及认知科学等学科领域,属于交叉研究领域。传统远程教育中对学习者差异性的忽视使得学习者出现认知超载、学习无方向等问题,这在很大程度上影响了学习者的学习效果,导致学习者的学习体验不佳,进而影响远程教育的发展。而以学习者为中心,以提高学习者学习效率和改善学习者学习体验为目标的个性化学习,也有望成为改变现代远程教育发展现状的一个可行性方法。学习分析技术、数据挖掘、可视化分析技术等先进大数据技术的逐步成熟,更是为个性化学习的实现提供了可实现的契机。个性化学习系统的研究一般有学习者模型、领域知识库和管理模块三个方面,其中学习者模型是学习者在个性化学习系统中的抽象表示,它代表了系统对学习者的认知,是系统的核心组件,可根据学习者的个体差异,记录学习者特征,以此为系统进行个性化学习支持服务提供决策依据。因此,本文通过对文献的研究分析,梳理了现代远程教育的发展现状和大数据技术的应用状况,为个性化学习的相关研究提供研究背景。详细界定了现代远程教育中学习者和学习者特征的概念,总结了个性化学习的相关理论基础,个性化学习、个性化学习系统以及个性化学习者模型的研究现状,为个性化学习系统的设计和个性化学习者模型的构建提供了理论基础和研究方向。最终,设计出了基于现代远程教育背景的个性化学习系统,该系统以个性化学习者模型为核心,领域知识库、个性化服务模块、反馈模块共同运行;通过对比分析典型的学习者特征体系和问卷调查,确定了个性化学习者模型中学习者特征体系的要素,并建立了基于学习者特征的个性化学习者模型,该模型在以个体属性、认知能力、学习风格、学习态度为基本要素的个性化学习者特征体系下,以数据层为基础,以逻辑分析层为主要功能模块,以应用层为最终目标,为学习者提供个性化学习支持服务。在个性化学习者模型实现部分,本研究选择了江南大学继续教育与网络教育学院的网络教育平台作为模型的实现环境。以学习者特征中的个体属性和学习风格这两个静态属性的确定,来实现模型的初始化,其中个体属性的初始化是以学习者信息注册的方式而实现的,学习风格的初始化是利用Kolb学习风格调查表而实现的。以学习者特征中的认知能力和学习态度这两个动态属性的确定,来实现模型的动态更新,进而探索个性化学习者模型在现代远程教育中的应用。本研究是运用大数据技术充分挖掘学习系统中学习者相关信息的有用价值的尝试和探索,是个性化学习者模型在现代远程教育中的应用研究,可作为后续研究中实现全面、智能的个性化学习系统的基础,可为个性化学习和现代远程教育研究提供借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:At present, personalized learning under the support of large data has become a hot topic in the field of education. Among them, the research on personalized learning system is the embodiment of the application of artificial intelligence in the field of education. It integrates the fields of education, computer science and cognitive science, which belongs to the field of cross study. The neglect of the difference makes the learners have the problems of cognitive overload and learning without direction, which greatly affects the learning effect of the learners, which leads to the poor learning experience of the learners, and then affects the development of distance education. The learner is the center of the learners to improve the learning efficiency of the learners and improve the learning experience of the learners. The individualized learning is also expected to be a feasible method to change the current development of modern distance education. The advanced large data technology, such as learning analysis technology, data mining, visual analysis technology, is gradually mature, and it provides an opportunity to realize the realization of personalized learning. The research of personalized learning system is generally studied. The learner model is the domain knowledge base and the management module in three aspects, in which the learner model is an abstract representation of the learner in the personalized learning system. It represents the cognition of the system to the learners, is the core component of the system, and can record the learners' characteristics according to the individual differences of the learners, so as to carry out the personalized learning support service for the system. Therefore, through the research and analysis of the literature, this paper combs the development status of modern distance education and the application of large data technology, provides the research background for the related research of individualized learning. The concept of the characteristics of learners and learners in modern distance education is defined in detail, and the correlation of individualized learning is summarized. The theoretical foundation, the personalized learning, the personalized learning system and the personalized learner model, provide the theoretical basis and research direction for the design of the personalized learning system and the construction of the personalized learner model. Finally, the personalized learning system based on the modern distance education background is designed. The system is individualized. The learner model is the core, the domain knowledge base, the personalized service module and the feedback module run together. By comparing and analyzing the typical learner's characteristic system and questionnaire survey, the elements of the characteristic learner model of the individualized learner model are determined and the individual learner model based on the learner's characteristics is established. Under the individualized learner characteristic system of body attribute, cognitive ability, learning style and learning attitude, based on the data layer, the main function module is logical analysis layer, and the application layer is the ultimate goal, and the individual learning support service is provided for the learners. The network education platform of the College of continuing education and network education in South University is the realization environment of the model. The initialization of the model is realized by the determination of the two static attributes of the individual attributes and learning styles of the learners' characteristics, in which the initialization of the individual attributes is realized in the way of the learner's registration. The initialization is realized by using the Kolb learning style questionnaire. The dynamic update of the model is realized by the determination of the two dynamic attributes of the cognitive ability and learning attitude of the learners' characteristics, and then the application of the personalized learner model in the modern distance education is explored. This study is to use large data technology to fully excavate the learning system middle school. The attempt and exploration of the useful value of the relevant information of the learner is the application of the personalized learner model in the modern distance education. It can be used as the basis for the realization of the comprehensive and intelligent personalized learning system in the follow-up study, which can be used for reference for the study of individualized learning and modern distance education.
