中小学教师信息技术应用能力发展测评工具的设计研究

【摘要】:为了全面提升中小学教师的信息技术应用能力,贯彻并实施国家教育信息化的总体要求,教育部决定实施“全国中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程”,宗旨是全面提高中小学教师队伍的整体素质,促进教育的均衡发展。L省根据中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程要求,在诊断测评和培训测评后开展发展测评。发展测评具体分为观课与点评、录制与上传和评定与建议三个阶段。本研究主要针对录制与上传阶段教师上传的信息化教学环境教学课例,设计信息技术应用能力评价量规,用于对信息技术应用能力的提升情况的评价。采用文献分析法、问卷调查法探究中小学教师信息技术应用能力的发展测评方式;根据能力提升工程和测评指南要求,梳理总结信息技术应用能力提升发展测评的特点与原则。基于教师专业发展评价理论、TPACK的教师专业发展评价理论和柯氏评价模型理论,本着“以评促学,以评促用”的宗旨,设计信息化教学环境教学课例评价量规,用以有效评价教师应用信息技术优化教学和转变学生学习方式的能力。利用特尔斐法、层次分析法,依据能力提升工程中的应用能力标准,参考已有信息化教学评价量规实用工具量规和“优课”评价标准,确定指标体系、指标权重和等级分值。依托L省教师教育管理平台,在教师研修工作坊中设计和开展课例评价体验活动:对参与体验活动的教师或教研员进行调查,观测量规各因素的适切度;利用SPSS 22.0、MS Excel等软件进行数据分析,对量规的可行性进行验证。
[Abstract]:In order to comprehensively improve the ability of applying information technology to primary and secondary school teachers, and to implement the overall requirements of national education informatization, the Ministry of Education has decided to implement the "National Project of improving the ability of Primary and Secondary School Teachers to apply Information Technology". The aim is to improve the overall quality of teachers in primary and secondary schools and to promote the balanced development of education. According to the requirements of the engineering for the application of information technology of primary and secondary school teachers, the province carries out the development evaluation after the evaluation of diagnosis and training. The development evaluation is divided into three stages: observation and comment, recording and uploading, evaluation and suggestion. This research mainly aims at the teaching example of information teaching environment uploaded by teachers in recording and uploading stage, and designs the evaluation gauge of information technology application ability, which can be used to evaluate the improvement of information technology application ability. By using the method of literature analysis and questionnaire investigation, this paper probes into the development and evaluation methods of information technology application ability of primary and secondary school teachers, and sums up the characteristics and principles of information technology application ability development and evaluation according to the requirements of ability upgrading engineering and evaluation guide. Based on TPACK's theory of teacher professional development evaluation and Koch's evaluation model theory, and in line with the purpose of "promoting learning by evaluation and application", this paper designs the evaluation rules for teaching examples in information teaching environment. It is used to evaluate the ability of teachers to use information technology to optimize teaching and change students' learning style. By using Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process method, according to the application ability standard of ability promotion engineering, referring to the practical tool gauge of information teaching evaluation gauge and the evaluation standard of "excellent lesson", the index system, index weight and grade value are determined. Based on the teacher education management platform of L province, this paper designs and carries out the experience activities of evaluating lesson examples in the teacher training workshop: investigating the teachers or teaching researchers who participate in the experience activities, observing the suitability of the various factors of the gauge; The feasibility of the gauge is verified by using SPSS 22.0 / MS Excel and other software for data analysis.
