生活事件对大学生网络成瘾的影响——自我表露的调节作用

【摘要】：为考察生活事件、自我表露与大学生网络成瘾的关系,并检验自我表露对二者之间关系的影响。研究采用青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)、痛苦表露指数量表(DDI)和网络成瘾量表(IADS)对875名在校大学生进行调查研究。结果表明:大学生网络成瘾在性别、专业、年级等方面存在显著差异;生活事件对网络成瘾具有显著正向预测效果,自我表露对网络成瘾具有显著负向预测效果;自我表露对生活事件与网络成瘾的关系存在显著的调节效应,当自我表露程度较高时,这一关系较弱。提高大学生自我表露水平有助于降低生活事件对网络成瘾的负面影响。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the relationship between life events, self-disclosure and internet addiction of college students, and to test the influence of self-disclosure on the relationship between them. A total of 875 college students were investigated by (ASLEC), pain disclosure index (DDI) and internet addiction scale (IADS). The results showed that there were significant differences in sex, specialty and grade of internet addiction among college students, life events had significant positive predictive effect on Internet addiction, and self-disclosure had significant negative predictive effect on Internet addiction. Self-disclosure has a significant regulatory effect on the relationship between life events and Internet addiction, which is weaker when the degree of self-disclosure is higher. Improving the level of self-disclosure of college students helps to reduce the negative impact of life events on internet addiction.
