美国国家教育技术计划的探究与启示

【摘要】：美国作为科技强国,历来重视科技与教育的融合,以保证其在世界教育中的领导地位。在信息技术与教育的结合过程中,美国政府1996—2016年先后五次出台了国家教育技术计划。进入新世纪以来,我国也面临着教育与信息技术融合的挑战。美国在其信息化发展过程中的背景、内容及其运行保障措施等方面的经验值得我们研究和借鉴,剖析这些政策内容及运行机制不仅有益于我国研究者把握教育技术的动态和热点,而且能为我国教育领域全面实施“互联网+教育”战略运行提供有益的借鉴。
[Abstract]:As a powerful country in science and technology, the United States has always attached importance to the integration of science and technology and education in order to ensure its leading position in world education. In the process of combining information technology and education, the United States government issued five national educational technology plans from 1996 to 2016. Since entering the new century, our country is also facing the challenge of the integration of education and information technology. The experience of the United States in the course of its informatization development in terms of its background, content and operational safeguards is worthy of our study and reference. The analysis of these policy contents and operating mechanisms is not only beneficial to the researchers in our country to grasp the trends and hot spots of educational technology, but also provides a useful reference for the implementation of the strategy of "Internet education" in the field of education in our country.
