基于工作场所学习的微型课程评价准则与技术支撑

【摘要】:工作场所学习因具有促进个体和组织发展的独特作用日益受到关注,而微型课程作为一种新型的课程模式与工作场所学习有着诸多内在联系,因此,基于工作场所学习的微型课程开发应配置多元化的课程开发主体,选择适切性的课程内容和形式,搭建兼容性的课程管理平台,从课程规范、课程内容、教学设计和技术支撑等方面确立微型课程总体评价准则。基于工作场所学习的微型课程开发,关键是确立与传统的学校普通教育课程和一般的职业教育课程不同的生态化课程开发理念。这是因为工作场所学习具有明显的不确定性和随机性,先行预设的传统课程难以与工作场所学习相适应,所以,课程开发就必须超越传统课程的共生性开发模式,构建与工作场所相适应的个性化微型课程。
[Abstract]:Workplace learning has attracted increasing attention because of its unique role in promoting individual and organizational development. As a new curriculum model, micro-curriculum has many inherent links with workplace learning. The micro-curriculum development based on workplace learning should be equipped with diversified curriculum development subjects, choose appropriate curriculum content and form, build a compatible curriculum management platform, from curriculum specifications, curriculum content, The general evaluation criteria of micro-curriculum are established in teaching design and technical support. The key of micro curriculum development based on workplace learning is to establish an ecological curriculum development concept which is different from the traditional school general education curriculum and the general vocational education curriculum. This is because of the obvious uncertainty and randomness of workplace learning and the difficulty of adapting the pre-designed traditional curriculum to workplace learning. Therefore, curriculum development must go beyond the symbiotic development model of traditional courses. Build personalized micro courses that fit into the workplace.
