把国家教材建设作为战略性基础性工程抓紧抓实抓好

【摘要】：正中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理、国家教材委员会主任刘延东在出席国家教材委员会第一次全体会议时强调,要落实党中央、国务院决策部署,坚持社会主义办学方向,推进大中小学教材建设,服务学生德智体美全面发展,为培养中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人提供有力保障。刘延东指出,改革开放以来特别是党的十八大以来,教材建设扎实推进,体系门类逐步健全,质量水平不断提升,为提高教学水平、促进学生健康成长、培养各领域高质量人才发挥了基础支撑作用。
