中学生大五人格特质对心理健康的影响:手机成瘾倾向的中介作用和手机使用动机的调节作用

【摘要】：基于人类发展的生态学理论、媒体的使用及满足理论,结合已有相关研究成果,探讨手机成瘾倾向在大五人格特质与心理健康之间的中介作用,以及手机使用动机的调节作用。被试为604名中学生,研究工具包括中国大五人格问卷简版、手机成瘾倾向量表、手机使用动机问卷和SCL-90心理症状自评量表。研究结果显示:(1)中学生手机成瘾倾向在大五人格特质(神经质、严谨性、宜人性、开放性)与心理健康之间起部分中介作用。(2)手机使用动机在大五人格特质(神经质、严谨性、开放性)对手机成瘾倾向的影响中发挥着调节作用,即相对于手机使用动机弱的中学生,中介作用对于手机使用动机强的中学生更显著。研究结果有利于从发展系统理论不同亚系统及其相互作用的视角理解大五人格特质"如何"以及"何时"影响中学生心理健康,有助于学校、家庭、社会对中学生进行手机成瘾倾向和心理健康问题的预防干预研究。
[Abstract]:Based on the ecological theory of human development, the theory of media use and satisfaction, and the related research results, this paper explores the mediating role of mobile phone addiction tendency between Big Five personality traits and mental health, and the moderating role of mobile phone use motivation. The results showed that: (1) The mobile phone addiction tendency of middle school students partially mediated between the Big Five Personality Traits (neuroticism, rigor, agreeableness, openness) and mental health. (2) Mobile phone use motivation played a mediating role in the Big Five Personality Traits (neuroticism, rigor, openness). Openness) plays a moderating role in the influence of mobile phone addiction, i.e. the mediating effect is more significant in middle school students with strong mobile phone use motivation than in middle school students with weak mobile phone use motivation. It is helpful for schools, families and society to conduct preventive intervention research on mobile phone addiction and mental health problems among middle school students.
